Hong Kong Disneyland Thanks Volunteers' Great Support
(HONG KONG, September 27, 2006) - Hong Kong Disneyland organized a "Thank You Volunteers" event today, September 27, to thank volunteers who have committed their time to serving the local community. This event is fully supported by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service and Radio Television Hong Kong.
Members of the Legislative Council Hon Chan Yuen-han and Hon Choy So-yuk joined artists Stephanie Cheng and Stephy Tang, Miss Hong Kong Tracy Yip and RTHK Radio program host in sharing their volunteer experience with Hong Kong Disneyland's VoluntEARS and RTHK's volunteer team. HKDL Cast Members also made use of the opportunity to provide tips to the volunteers in serving guests with disabilities.
