There are 20 restaurants and other food outlets throughout our Resort, providing a wide variety of delicious food and drinks for our Guests. The two areas within the Food & Beverage team are Back of House (Kitchen and Support) and Front of House (Guest areas). Whether it is a simple Guest request for Room Service, a tailor-made banquet for a group, or a large-scale Special Event, the Food & Beverage team strives to satisfy all gourmet desires, making any occasion significant and unforgettable.

Cook

Duties:
Help to store raw, dry, canned and cooked food. Prepare raw food and ingredients for cooking and assist the chef in cooking process, garnishing and dishing of food items according to the requirements of the menu, recipe and Guests.

Requirement:
No experience is required for entry level. Candidates with the Certificate or Diploma in related subject may be considered for higher level position.

Language Requirement:
Good Cantonese; with simple English preferred.

Remuneration:
Cook 3 - Starting monthly salary: HK$ 7,320
Cook 2 - Starting monthly salary: HK$ 8,320
Cook 1 - Starting monthly salary: HK$ 11,230

Kitchen Helper

Duties:
Assist the chefs in storing, retrieving, washing and cleaning food items. Transport food to other kitchen locations. Maintain a clean kitchen environment.

Requirement:
No experience is required for entry level.

Language Requirement:
Good Cantonese; with simple English preferred.
