There are 20 restaurants and other food outlets throughout our Resort, providing a wide variety of delicious food and drinks for our Guests. The two areas within the Food & Beverage team are Back of House (Kitchen and Support) and Front of House (Guest areas). Whether it is a simple Guest request for Room Service, a tailor-made banquet for a group, or a large-scale Special Event, the Food & Beverage team strives to satisfy all gourmet desires, making any occasion significant and unforgettable.

Receiver

Duties:
Check out the F&B items for location kitchens everyday. Handle the location F&B inventory storage and receiving system. Determine the next order according to daily sales forecast and available stock level.

Requirement:
No experience is required for entry level. Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for a higher level position.

Language Requirement:
Good Cantonese; with simple English preferred.

Remuneration:
Receiver II - Starting monthly salary: HK$ 7,320
Receiver I - Starting monthly salary: HK$ 9,360
