Career Path
Our Cast Members are critical to the success of Hong Kong Disneyland, and as such as we believe in showing recognition and appreciation for exceptional performance.

We provide opportunities for all Cast Members to gain a range of experiences through working across our diverse Lines of Business, and by following a well-defined career path to progress to leadership positions.


Internal Transfer Mechanism
Cast Members who have been employed at Hong Kong Disneyland and held the current position for at least 6 months will be allowed to apply for a transfer.

Internal transfer can happen:

(A) Within single Line of Business (LOB)


(B) Across different Lines of Business (LOB)


(C) From Operation Team to Support Team or vice versa.


Cast Members may submit applications for transfers. Applications will be assessed on demonstrated performance. Interviews will be arranged to further evaluate a Cast Member's suitability.

Through this internal transfer mechanism, Cast Members will have the opportunity to gain new knowledge and experiences. Successful Cast Members will attend the training and/or orientations. This will serve as a development to our Cast Members on a horizontal basis which is essential in taking up future managerial position.
