Hong Kong Disneyland Inspires Dreams and Collaboration Through Disney Youth Programs
Over the years, Hong Kong Disneyland continues to bring guests of all ages a special “Disney
Magical Experience,” spreading dreams and happiness, and creating a place full of wonder.
Reflecting on the journey with the Disney Youth Programs, our staff members gained
unforgettable experience that strengthened teamwork, encouraged creativity, and reminded our
colleagues to keep workplace enhancement. Through dynamic activities and tailor-made workshops with
delivering of positive core values and skills to the staff, Hong Kong Disneyland demonstrated that “dreams
come true” is not just a slogan, but a belief lived every day, motivating us to innovate and move forward.
The teaching teams even brought these mindsets into the classrooms.
Disney’s success comes from the dedication of its team. Every member’s contribution is the foundation
of the park’s global reputation. The Disney Youth Programs broaden the horizons of participants while
inspiring their thinking, innovation and invention especially for youths. It also inspires our staff to build a
culture of collaboration, respect, and creativity in the campus.
We sincerely thank the Hong Kong Disneyland team for its devotion over the years, allowing countless
people to experience the power of dreams fulfilled. Looking ahead, we are excited to continue working
closely with Disney to create more joy, inspiration, and shared success to the younger generation.

I have brought HKIS High School Bands to perform at Hong Kong Disneyland eleven times
and we keep coming back for more! Students consistently tell me that this performance
is the highlight of the school year. I have also found it to be a good tool for student
retention and recruitment—many students continue signing up for our band classes
because they are excited to perform at Hong Kong Disneyland. The performance
environment is fun and memorable.
The performance location makes setup straightforward and the acoustics are reasonable
for an outdoor performance. The staff has been helpful and accommodating for us. You can
clearly see that Hong Kong Disneyland cares about excellence in every aspect of the park—cleanliness,
landscaping, costumes, shows, parades, music performances, etc. Students are motivated to give their
highest quality performance when they are in an environment with excellence all around. And of course
Disney music is highly entertaining and fun to perform!
Disney Performing Arts has been valuable for our school and students, and I hope that it can be for you too.
