In this classroom, students learn about the basic theories behind the production of a classic Disney animation, from which they can acquire knowledge of the relevant art and history. Through understanding the various elements and processes that make up a work of animation, students can tap into their creativity and construct their very own thaumatrope, making their first foray into the backstage world by creating their very own work of animation.

Adventureland | - Discover the magnitude of number of drawings needed to complete a full-length animated film through kineographs and flipbooks activities

Fantasyland | - Discover how animation and theatrical effects are used to tell a story through experiencing "Mickey’s PhilharMagic"*
