What is Express Online Check-In?

Disney’s Express Online Check-In service is a convenient option that allows you to start your check-in process online, even before arrival at your Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotel. You may enjoy shorter queuing times for registration upon arrival with this complimentary service, available to all guests who have made hotel reservations at the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.

You will receive an invitation email to use the Express Online Check-In service 7 days before you arrive (or on the same day as you book, if your arrival date is within 7 days). Clicking the link inside the email brings you to a form, where you will provide us in advance of your arrival with the information that we typically collect at the Front Desk during the standard check-in process. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will visit a specially designated Front Desk location where we’ll give you the room key and the necessary welcoming materials.
