You can pick up your own renewed Magic Access Membership Card in person at the following locations:

• Hong Kong Disneyland Main Entrance Ticket Booths open daily from 30 minutes before Park opening and until Park closes. See Park Hours.
• Front desk of the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney's Hollywood Hotel or Disney Explorers Lodge (available only to hotel guests).

If more than one Members’ membership is renewed in an online transaction, all Members named in the renewal confirmation must collect his/her Personalized Card at the same time in person at designated location(s). No Card will be issued if one or more Member named in the renewal confirmation is/are not present for new Card collection at the same time at the designated location.
