Magic Access Membership – Frequently Asked Questions

Q.
Do I need to have my right thumb scanned by Ticket Tag each time I buy or renew a Magic Access Membership?
A.
For members who are holding a membership card with photo, they are not required to use the Ticket Tag system.

For members who are holding a Magic Access Membership Card with no photo printed, if you choose to use the Ticket Tag system at the park entrance, you will need to have your finger scan associated to any new Magic Access Membership card upon first use.

The thumb scan is associated only with the card itself, so whenever you replace a Magic Access Membership card, you must show a photo ID and optionally, scan your finger again.
