How do I get a replacement for a lost or damaged Magic Access Membership card?

Request a replacement for a lost or damaged Hong Kong Disneyland Magic Access Membership card by visiting the below ticketing location:
  • Hong Kong Disneyland Park, Main Entrance Ticket Booths and Guest Relations. Ticketing locations are open daily beginning 30 minutes before park opening until the park closes.
A handling fee will be charged for your new card.

To simplify getting a replacement card, we encourage you to retain the sales receipt or make a copy of your card for your records.
