How many days in advance do I need to cancel my hotel reservation in order to receive a full refund?

Please refer to the terms and conditions of individual promotional offers or packages for cancellation and amendment policies.
If you cancel or modify your Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotel reservation at particular days before you arrive according to the cancellation and amendment policies of the individual promotional offers or packages, we will refund the full amount of your deposit.
After canceling your reservation, room charges for the canceled booking will be refunded to your registered credit card account within 2 billing cycles, depending upon your bank’s processing schedule.
