Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode®, J/Secure™ or American Express SafeKey® services provide you with a personal password to use with your payment card.

Once you have your Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode®, J/Secure™ or American Express SafeKey® password, go to the tickets page:

1. Select the type and quantity of tickets you wish to purchase.
2. Wait for the authentication screen after selecting 'purchase now'.
3. View the personal assurance message that ensures you are properly connected to your bank’s website.
4. Enter your security service password to complete the transaction.

Please note that the additional verification step may take additional time, so do not close the browser window or select the back button during processing.
