I do not see all the photos that I purchased at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort on the Disney PhotoPass website. What should I do?
A.
If you are at the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, ask a Cast Member for assistance at any photo sales location.

If you are not at the Resort, sign in or create and account on the Disney PhotoPass website and select “Can’t Find Photos.” Submit the form and a Cast Member will contact you about your missing photos. There is no cost to create an account.
