Chefs can often substitute different ingredients and offer other food options for your dining experience. If you have dietary requirements, eating at Hong Kong Disneyland restaurants can still be a delectable affair.
Many Hong Kong Disneyland restaurants can accommodate the following common food allergies:
Select restaurants at the park and Resort hotels will try accommodating dietary requests.
Most table-service restaurants are able to provide allergy-friendly meal options.
Select quick-service restaurants offer menu items or products that may accommodate certain food allergies.
Guests should ask to speak with a Chef or a Manager upon arrival to discuss food allergies or intolerances. Chefs are available to walk Guests through the buffet and indicate what can be eaten based on specific allergies or intolerances. Please note that we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet all dietary requests.
The sooner you let us know your dietary requests, the better we can accommodate you. Contact the restaurant manager and sous chef preferably 24 hours in advance. If the allergy is severe, 48 hours in advance.
At the Restaurant
Inform the server, chef or manager on duty of any dietary restrictions when arriving at the restaurant.
Please note that Hong Kong Disneyland Resort restaurants will use reasonable efforts to prevent the introduction of the allergen of concern into the food through close attention during our sourcing, preparation and handling processes. However, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort cannot guarantee that allergens may not have been introduced during another stage of the food chain process or, even inadvertently, during preparation. We do not have separate kitchens to prepare allergen-free items or separate dining areas for Guests with allergies or intolerances.
Ultimately, it is up to the Guest to use his or her individual discretion to make an informed choice regarding whether to order any particular items.
Kosher meals can be made at Main Street Corner Cafe hosted by Coca Cola® and all Resort hotel restaurants with 14 days in advance notice.
Halal-certified food is available in the park and at the hotels of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.
In the Park:
Food, alcoholic beverages and beverages in cans or bottles may not be brought in the park. A reasonable amount of baby food, dry snack or fruit are allowed. Please approach Guest Relations if you need to bring food into the park for food allergies or intolerance reasons.
Refrigerating and Heating Personal Food Items
Guests staying at hotels that have items needing refrigeration should ask the Front Desk to have a refrigerator placed in the room, subject to availability. An additional charge may apply.
Please note that Cast Members are prohibited from storing, preparing, cooking or reheating any food brought into our resorts or theme parks by Guests.
