Babysitting services are available for an extra fee at our hotels. For information or to make a reservation, simply select Guest Services on your Guest room telephone or inquire at the Front Desk.

Visit the Bell Desk located in the hotel lobby next to the Front Desk to send and receive mail and packages, arrange limousine services and to pick up merchandise purchased in the park that has been delivered to the hotel via Package Express.

Exchange foreign currencies at the Front Desk in the main lobby 24 hours a day.

For Guests with electric automobiles, a complimentary self-service charging station is located in the car park.

Items found at a hotel of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort can be recovered by calling Lost and Found. Simply touch the Guest Services button on your Guest room phone for assistance.

If you arrive at Hong Kong Disneyland between 8:30AM and 2:00PM, Luggage Transfer Service is available to transport your luggage to your staying Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Hotel, at a cost of HK$150 per item. Please approach the Luggage Valet on Park Promenade for this service.

Buy stamps, mail postcards and letters, and send and receive packages at the Bell Desk in the main lobby.

You don’t have to carry your souvenirs with you while enjoying your vacation; merchandise purchased in the park can be delivered right to this hotel at no extra charge. Simply tell the Cast Member during time of purchase and arrangements will be made to have your items delivered to the Bell Desk by the end of the day.

Parking at the hotel car park is HK$50 per vehicle per hour. Guests staying at this hotel may enjoy parking at the hotel car park for HK$190 per vehicle per night. Additionally, Guests who spend HK$500 or more on dining or merchandise a day at our Hotels can validate their parking tickets at any restaurant or retail location within the hotel to enjoy complimentary parking for one vehicle for up to 3 consecutive hours on the same day.
