Baik Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney’s Hollywood Hotel maupun Disney Explorers Lodge menyediakan layanan bagi Tamu dengan keterbatasan gerak, kognitif dan keterbatasan penglihatan. Area umum hotel, restoran dan toko menyediakan layanan kursi roda dan peta panduan yang tersedia di setiap Meja Resepsionis hotel.
