1. This offer is organized by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") for Magic Access Members ("Members") on merchandise purchase and is only valid from June 14 - July 1, 2019 ("Promotion Period").

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, each Member of all types can enjoy a special 40% discount on purchase of merchandise (excluding items specified in Paragraph 3 below) at any of Hong Kong Disneyland merchandise stores (including the stores at Hong Kong Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney's Hollywood Hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge and Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of Hong Kong International Airport).
3. This Offer is not applicable to the purchase of photos, photography service, Chow Tai Fook jewelry, PANDORA jewelry, limited edition pin, co-branded merchandise (e.g. H2O+® items, LEGO® items, FUJIFILM items and Starbucks® Disney Magical Series), non-Disney/ convenience items (e.g. drugs), media products (Video CDs, DVDs), embroidery service, spending at at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Karibuni Marketplace and other selected items which HKITPmay from time to time specify.
4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. Including but not limited to stamps issuing under "Happier Shop & Dine" Program. Unless otherwise stated, stamp(s) will only be issued to Member's purchase(s) with regular offer, for instance, 10% off for Silver and Gold Members and 20% off for Platinum Members.
5. "D-Tech Yourself" and "Create Your Own Ears Hat" product purchased under this offer requires 21 days for production on personalized services.
6. Members can enjoy up to 80% off on selected items at Professor Porter's Trading Post, Pooh Corner, Merlin's Treasures, Space Traders, Pavilion Gifts Andy's Toy Box, The Archive Shop, Kingdom Gifts, Celebrity Gifts and The Trading Post during the Promotion Period. While stock lasts.
7. Members may get one selected Pandora Disney Collection charm for free upon purchase of one piece of Pandora Disney Collection and Pandora Jewellery with net spending of HK$2,000 in one transaction (Except Airport Shops). While stocks last.

10. Any merchandise purchased with Members exclusive 40% discount, the selected items as specified in clause 6 above and Pandora special promotion items cannot be refunded, exchanged and used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion during the Promotion Period.
11. The designated gift is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items and not for resale. Receipt shall be marked by HKITP upon redemption.
12. In the event of a request for refund or exchange, all redeemed gift shall be returned to HKITP.
13. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive. In the event of disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
14. HKITP reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions or to terminate or suspend the availability of this offer at any time without any prior notice.
15. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
