1. This promotion is only available to Magic Access Members with a valid Magic Access membership card ("Members") from June 14, 2024 to July 1, 2024.
2. Subject to these terms and conditions, Members may use this promotion to purchase merchandise items (excluding items specified in paragraph 4 below) at any merchandise stores at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort ("Resort") and The Magic of Hong Kong Disneyland at Terminal 1 of the Hong Kong International Airport at the special discount and special price as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") may from time to time designate for this promotion.
3. To use this promotion, Member must present in person a valid membership card printed with his/her name and photo and such personal identification as required by HKITP at the time of payment.
4. This promotion is not applicable to the purchase of LinaBell single product, Inside Out themed product, photo, photography service, CHOW TAI FOOK jewelry, PANDORA jewelry, limited edition pin, co-branded merchandise (e.g. FDMTL items, CAMEL items, LEE KUNG MAN items, GODIVA items, LEGO® items, Starbucks® items and Wooderful Life, etc.), non-Disney items (e.g. convenience items, drugs), media products, personalized services, embroidery services, spending at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, merchandise reserved, ordered or purchased online or merchandise stores other than those specified in paragraph 2 above, Magic Prize, charity items, selected merchandise items to be sold at special price and other selected items as HKITP may from time to time specify.
5. This promotion may only be used at merchandise stores in the Hong Kong Disneyland Park ("Park"), Resort hotels and The Magic of Hong Kong Disneyland Terminal 1 of the Hong Kong International Airport. This promotion is not available at other locations or sales channels (including without limitation, www.hongkongdisneyland.com ("Website") and Promenade Market).
6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion including the Merchandise Benefits set out in the Magic Access Benefits Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/magic-access-members/.
7. Personalized products (including without limitation, "D-Tech Yourself", "Create Your Own Ears Hat", "My Disney Tee" and "Disney Bouquet") purchased under this promotion requires 14 days for production.
8. Notwithstanding any term stated in the sales receipt, notices or signage at the Resort or the Website, merchandise items purchased under this promotion are not for re-sale, and are non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other item.
9. This promotion and its components, the use of this promotion and admission to the Park and hotels or other parts of the Resort and use of the facilities there are each subject to (i) these terms and conditions, the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/, the "Magic Access Terms and Conditions" and "Magic Access Benefits Terms and Conditions" which are set out on www.hongkongdisneyland.com/magic-access/members/, (ii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and Hotel Rules and Regulations) which are set out on the Website, and (iii) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat), (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it, (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity, (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it, (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case, due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
10. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
11. In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this promotion.
12. HKITP reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions or to terminate or suspend the availability of this promotion at any time without any prior notice.
13. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
14. This promotion is made in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China only. HKITP makes no representation that redemption or use of this promotion is appropriate or available in other locations and this promotion is void in any jurisdiction where redemption or use of such an promotion is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to redeem and/or use this promotion do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
15. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the Members. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
