1. During the period from June 24, 2023 to September 14, 2023 ("Program Period"), each Magic Access Member may redeem one pin featuring the following Disney character or theme ("Pin") during its designated redemption period ("Redemption Period") at one of the following designated redemption locations, in accordance with and subject to these terms and conditions:
   Redemption location: All merchandise stores in the Park
   1. Week 1: June 24-30, 2023 - Dumbo
   2. Week 2: July 1-7, 2023 - Peter Pan
   3. Week 3: July 8-14, 2023 - Elsa
   4. Week 4: July 15-21, 2023 - Dr. Facilier
   Redemption location: Magic Access Member Service Center at Main Street, U.S.A.
   5. Week 5-6: July 22 - August 4, 2023 - "Momentous"
   6. Week 7-8: September 1-14, 2023 - Dumbo, Peter Pan, Elsa or Dr. Facilier
2. To redeem the "Dumbo", "Peter Pan", "Elsa" and "Dr. Facilier" Pin, Magic Access Member is required to present the following during the Pin's Redemption Period at one of the Pin's designated redemption locations in person: (a) his/her valid Magic Access membership card used for admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park ("Park") on the same day, and (b) one original on-day purchase receipt printed with his/her Magic Access Member membership number or a designated chop issued by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") or designated operators for any "Eligible Purchase".
3. "Eligible Purchase" shall be the following spending in one single transaction made by the Magic Access Member during the Program Period: (a) any on-day spending of HK$100 or above in one single transaction on any merchandise product(s) (except for shopping bags) at any merchandise store in the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort; or (b) any food and beverage item(s) at any restaurant (except outdoor vending carts) in the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.
4. To redeem the "Momentous" Pin, the Magic Access Member is required to: (a) present the documents specified in paragraphs 2(a) and 2(b) during the Pin's Redemption Period at the Pin's designated redemption location in person; and (b) have accumulated four or more "Eligible Admissions" within the Program Period (including Park admission on the day of redemption).
5. "Eligible Admission" means either admission to the Park by an eligible Magic Access Member using his/her Personalised Membership Card or an eligible upgrade of Park tickets to Personalised Membership Card at the turnstile at the Main Entrance of the Park, in each case as recorded by HKITP. Admission or upgrade by other means will not be counted as an Eligible Admission for the purpose of this redemption program. No more than one Eligible Admission will be counted on each day (including, without limitation, multiple entries on the same day). HKITP's determination and record of Eligible Admissions shall be final and conclusive.
6. Each Magic Access Member may only redeem one Pin of the same character or theme in this redemption program and may redeem no more than one Pin (of any character or theme) on the same day. Pins are limited and only available during its Redemption Period, subject to availability at and operating hours of the redemption locations while stock lasts.
7. In case of refund for any spending such that it no longer meets the requirements for an Eligible Purchase, the redeemed Pin shall be returned at the time of refund. No refund will be made if the Pin is not returned.
8. To redeem any Pin, Magic Access Member is required to enter the Park with his/her valid Magic Access membership card on the day of redemption. No Pin may be redeemed if the Magic Access Member enters the Park by any other means.
9. All Guests are required to make reservation with valid tickets/personalised membership cards. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket/personalised membership card is subject to a limited quota and on a first-come-first-serve basis. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
10. HKITP is not responsible to exchange or replace any Pin, or provide any compensation if the Magic Access Member is unable to redeem any version of the Pin for any reason.
11. The benefit in this redemption program are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items.
12. This redemption program is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("HKSAR") only. This redemption program and the Pin may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in person by Magic Access Members in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that participation in this redemption program is appropriate or available in other locations and this redemption program is void in any jurisdiction where participation in such an offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to participate in this redemption program do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
13. The Pins, provisions of products and services and admission to the Resort and use of the facilities there are each subject to (i) these terms and conditions and such other limits, conditions or controls (including, without limitation, limits on the number, type, value or other features of the Pin(s) that may be redeemed) as HKITP may announce from time to time on the Magic Access Member Site, the relevant advertisement, communication and/or notices or signage displayed at the sales, service or redemption location, and the "General Terms and Conditions" available at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/, (ii) the "Magic Access Terms and Conditions" and "Magic Access Benefits Terms and Conditions" which are set out on the http://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/magic-access-members/, (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and the Hotels Rules and Regulations) set out on https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com, and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it, (d) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it, (e) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and/or (f) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
14. HKITP may refuse redemption of any Pin without refund, exchange or compensation if in its sole judgment (i) any receipt or Magic Access membership card or benefit is used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
15. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices or redemption period of any Pin; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
16. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
17. In the event of dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this redemption program.
18. HKITP reserves the right to amend or supplement the terms and conditions applicable to the benefits or to terminate or suspend the availability of any benefit at any time without any prior notice.
19. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
21. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and each Magic Access Member participating in this redemption program respectively. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
