For maintaining appropriate social distance among Guests, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort has introduced capacity control in our Park. All Guests, including but not limited to day ticket holders, Magic Access members, Corporate Membership, Corporate Card members and complimentary ticket holders, are required to make reservations prior to their visit date with their valid tickets or membership cards through our website within their respective designated reservation period prior to their visit to the Park. Guests are required to present their registered tickets or membership cards for entry according to the reserved date and timeslot. Without prior reservation or when full capacity is reached, you will be refused entry into the Park. It is utmost important for you to reconfirm that the tickets or Magic Access membership used for reservation is valid for use on your desired date of visit according to the corresponding ticket or Membership type.

You must be aged 18 or above to make this reservation. Please complete this reservation for yourself and all other Guests accompanying you to the Park. In respect of all personal information submitted by you on behalf of others, you represent and warrant that you have obtained such person’s consent for our collection and use of his or her personal information; and if such person is under the age of 18, you further represent and warrant that you are either the legal guardian of such person or you have obtained the consent from the legal guardian of such person for our collection and use of such personal information.

According to the latest health and safety regulations, you and each of the other Guests under your reservation are required to comply with (but not limited to) the following requirements:

You are required to provide your name and contact number for registration.

You will be subject to temperature screening before entering the Park, and anyone who does not pass such screening will not be admitted into the Park.

You agree to wear a mask all the time within the Park except when consuming food or drink at catering premises.

You acknowledge and declare that the following health advisory statements are true and accurate:

You do not have a fever.

You do not have any respiratory symptoms.

You have not been in close contact with any confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

You are not under compulsory quarantine.

Please ensure that all information you submit is accurate and up to date as of the date of your visit. You will not be allowed to amend any information or date of visit after submission. Please cancel your reservation and make a new one if any amendment is required.

Reservation can be made up to within the designated reservation period applicable to each ticket type prior to your desired date of Park visit. Reservation is on a first-come-first-serve basis, and will not be accepted once the respective quota pool is full. One valid ticket can only be used to make one reservation for one visit date and one timeslot at any one time. Each valid 2-day ticket can be used to make reservations for two visit days in accordance with the ticket terms and conditions. Magic Access members can make reservations for multiple visit days at any one time. Reservation will only be valid on the selected visit date and timeslot, and will expire after your visit. For Magic Access members, Corporate Membership and Corporate Card members, after completion of your visit, you can make reservations for another visit date on the following day. You must ensure that the tickets or Magic Access membership used for reservation are valid for use on your desired date of visit in accordance with their ticket or membership type.

If you or any of the other Guests under your reservation has fever or respiratory symptoms during the Park visit, Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) reserves the right requiring you or any of the other Guests already admitted to leave the Park and reschedule your visit without refund or compensation.

You and each of the other Guests under your reservation agree to follow and comply with the Park’s Rules and Regulations (which are available on Hong Kong Disneyland website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com), all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, directions and orders of any governmental or regulatory authority throughout the Park visit (collectively, “Laws and Regulations”). HKITP reserves the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Park, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of the Laws and Regulations.

In case of any disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Personal Information Collection Statement
All personal information submitted by you is collected and will be held, processed and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy which may be obtained from our website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com. In addition to the purposes specified in our Privacy Policy, the information provided herein may be used in the detection, prevention and control of disease, in the furtherance of public health and safety, and for capacity control. Such information may be shared with any third party, authorities and government departments which require such information for administration of public health
