3. Members are required to present their Magic Access Membership Card before ordering and such personal identification as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") may require for verification purposes.
4. This promotion can be used during the validity period and during the operating hours of the designated restaurant. Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") reserves the right to determine the prices of food and beverage and the operating hours of the restaurants at its sole and absolute discretion.
5. This promotion cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash in whole or in part, or exchanged for other products or discounts.
6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer (except Magic Access Regular and Seasonal Dining Offer).
7. Food and beverage items are subject to availability, and may change without prior notice.
8. For meal served in the Park, valid Park ticket is required for admission.
9. In case of any disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this voucher.
10. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region of the People's Republic of China.
