Renew Online Now Renew your Hong Kong Disneyland Magic Access Membership Card from the comfort of your own home. Please make sure you have the following items available.

• A Visa, MasterCard, or American Express to be used for payment
• A valid Magic Access Membership Card for each Magic Access Member
• The Full Name, in English, of each Magic Access Member
• The current Magic Access Membership Card Number of each Magic Access Member

You will have 45 minutes to complete the online purchase process.

• Your Magic Access Membership Card will be available from 1 hour after your renewal. Please collect your Magic Access Membership Card within 3 months.
• To collect new Magic Access Membership Card, please bring your confirmation number, existing Magic Access Membership Card, personal identification to Hong Kong Disneyland Main Entrance Ticket Booths.
• Ticket Booths open daily from 30 minutes before park opening until park closes. See Park Hours.
• If you renew more than one Magic Access Membership in a transaction, all Members named in the renewal confirmation must collect his/her membership card at the same time in person, otherwise, no membership card will be issued.

 

Renew at Hong Kong Disneyland Main Entrance Guests can renew their own Magic Access Cards in person on the day of their visit to Hong Kong Disneyland at the Main Entrance

• To renew, each Magic Access Member come in person and bring his/her personal identification and the existing Magic Access Membership Card. Members will be required to have his/her photograph taken at the time of issue of the Card, the photo of the Member will be printed on his/her new Membership Card.
