Magic Access Notification to Members
Thank you for your continuous support for Hong Kong Disneyland's Magic Access membership program.
We have always been committed to protecting the interests of our valued members and continuously providing magical experiences for them. We have recently become aware that some members have been purchasing merchandise from the resort's merchandise stores using their member discounts, and reselling those items to other guests within the resort. Some members have also acted improperly and/or created nuisance, causing impact to the normal operation of the resort. To this end, we are monitoring information from various channels, actively following up on any suspected cases of reselling activities, or any incidents that may harm the interests, normal operations and safety of our guests, cast members and the resort.
We would like to take this chance to remind members on the provision, redemption and use of benefits associated with the Magic Access Membership Program are subject to relevant terms and provisions of the Magic Access Terms and Conditions:

- The Magic Access Terms and Conditions strictly prohibit the use of the Magic Access membership card and/or its benefits by any person other than the member, as well as any rental, resale or use of the membership card and/or its benefits for commercial purposes.
- Benefits may be used by the member only and are non-transferable. Benefits (including discounts) are for the member's personal use only and must not be used to obtain or purchase items, services, discounts or other benefits with the intent to resell such items, services, discounts or other benefits. Benefits (including discounts) must not be sold, bartered or exchanged, or otherwise used to obtain or purchase items, services, discounts or other benefits with the intent to resell such items, services, discounts or other benefits.
- We may also revoke and/or retain the membership card (and the membership) without refund or compensation if the card is used for commercial or other unauthorized purposes such as reselling benefits (including discounts), or for any behavior that is unsafe, illegal, offensive, disruptive, improper, undermines the normal operation of any part of the resort or otherwise detracts from the experience of other guests.
