1. This offer is organized by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") for Magic Access Members ("Members") on merchandise purchase and is only valid from May 27 - June 12, 2022 ("Promotion Period").

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, each Member of all types can enjoy extra 15% off discount, for instance total 35% off and 25% off discount can be enjoyed by Platinum Member and Gold / Silver Member respectively on purchase of merchandise (excluding items specified in Paragraph 3 below) at any merchandise stores at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. ("Offer")

This Offer is not applicable to the purchase of photos, photography service, Chow Tai Fook jewelry, PANDORA jewelry, limited edition pin, co-branded merchandise (e.g. H2O+® items, LEGO® items, FUJIFILM items, Starbucks® items, Disney watches by Citizen, Wooderful Life, Moleskine items, and NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC items, etc.), non-Disney/convenience items (e.g. drugs), mask, media products, Magical Goodie Bags, personalized services, embroidery services, spending at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Online Merchandise, Pin Trading Carnival 2022 Magic Prize, Magic Prize and other selected items which HKITP may from time to time specify.
4. This Offer is only available at all merchandise stores in the Park and Hotels and is not available at any other locations or sales channels (including without limitation, the Website and Luggage Valet on Park Promenade).
5. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. Including but not limited to stamps issuing under "Magical Rewards" Program. Unless otherwise stated, stamp(s) will only be issued to Member’s purchase(s) with regular offer, for instance, 10% off for Silver and Gold Members and 20% off for Platinum Members.
6. Personalized products ("D-Tech Yourself", "Create Your Own Ears Hat", "My Disney Tee" and "Tsum Tsum Bouquet") purchased under this offer requires 14 days for production on personalized services.
7. Members can enjoy up to 70% off on selected items at designated shop during the Promotion Period. While stock lasts.
8. Any merchandise purchased with Members exclusive extra 15% off discount and the selected items cannot be refunded, exchanged and used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion during the Promotion Period.
9. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive. In the event of disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
10. HKITP reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions or to terminate or suspend the availability of this offer at any time without any prior notice.
11. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
