Important Details

1. This offer is only applicable to purchase of the following admission tickets (Tier 1 to Tier 4) to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) from the website designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) (“Designated Website”) during the offer period from October 8, 2026 to December 15, 2026 (“Offer Ticket(s)”):
   1. 1-Day General Admission Ticket; and/or
   2. 1-Day Child/ Senior Ticket.
2. This offer is not applicable to other ticket types or purchase via other sales channels or locations other than the Designated Website.
3. Each Offer Ticket is issued together with one complimentary electronic voucher (“e-Voucher”) to redeem (i) one soft serve at Midtown Delights; or (ii) one Slinky Pizza at Jessie’s Snack Roundup; or (iii) one Lotso Waffle Sandwich at Jessie’s Snack Roundup (“Designated Outdoor Vending Carts”) in the Park.
4. Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers may only be used by the guests purchasing the Offer Tickets (“Eligible Guests”) and his/her family members or friends (“Accompanying Guests”).
5. The Eligible Guest and his/her Accompanying Guests using the Offer Tickets must enter the Park at the same time and present the following at the Main Entrance turnstile of the Park in person for verification purpose: (i) his/her Offer Ticket purchased via the Designated Website; and (ii) his/her valid travel document with photo identification and such other information as HKITP may require for verification.
6. Each Offer Ticket and e-Voucher must be used by the same Eligible Guest or Accompanying Guest during its Validity Period (defined below). HKITP may require the Eligible Guest or Accompanying Guest to present his/her personal identification or provide such other information as HKITP may require for verification purpose.
7. Each Offer Ticket is valid for one visit to the Park by the Eligible Guest or Accompanying Guest on any date specified for its selected ticket tier or any lower ticket tier within 45 days of the date of purchasing the Offer Tickets (“Validity Period”). The validity dates specified for Tier 1 to Tier 4 in the next three months are set out in the Ticket Tier Calendar available on Hong Kong Disneyland website at http://www.hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”). The Ticket Tier Calendar and dates are subject to the Park's operations and may be changed at any time and from time to time. Eligible Guests are advised to check the latest Ticket Tier Calendar at the time of purchase.
8. Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers not used within the Validity Period or in accordance with these terms and conditions will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund.
9. E-Vouchers issued with the Offer Tickets are only valid on the day of Park admission using such Offer Tickets.
10. Upon entry to the Park, each Eligible Guest using the Offer Ticket is required to present his/her Offer Ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification^* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The Offer Ticket, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (if applicable). If the Eligible Guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her child’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time^#.
    ^*Examples of personal identification include but are not limited to passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate together with other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).
    ^#Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the Offer Ticket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.
    HKITP may refuse Park admission and/or ticket upgrade to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the Offer Ticket cannot be verified by HKITP.
11. All guests are required to have a valid reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
12. Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers are not for re-sale, are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
13. Guests who have already purchased Magic Access Membership Card (“Magic Access”) or any other tickets, vouchers or other products will not be entitled to any compensation, exchange and/or refund under this offer.
14. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the number of attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations available in the Park; (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations; and/or (iii) any other aspect of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.
15. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any Offer Ticket or e-Voucher, and withhold or revoke any benefit in this offer, in each case without compensation, exchange or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the Offer Ticket, e-Voucher and/or benefits under this offer are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
16. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity and/or block-out dates of any ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of this or any other offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.

Terms and Conditions applicable to Offer Ticket Upgrade

17. On the Park visit day only, Eligible Guest and his/her Accompanying Guests may, before admission to the Park, upgrade his/her unused Offer Ticket to a regular priced 2-Day Ticket at the ticket booths located at the Main Entrance of the Park by paying the applicable price difference in person, calculated with reference to the regular price of the Offer Ticket purchased and the regular price of the 2-Day Ticket at the time of ticket upgrade. For the avoidance of doubt, upgrade to a 2-Day Ticket may only be made with an unused Offer Ticket valid for Park admission on the same day.
18. On the Park visit day only, an Eligible Guest and his/her Accompanying Guests using an Offer Ticket may upgrade his/her Offer Ticket to Magic Access at the Website or at such other location(s) designated by HKITP from time to time by paying the applicable price difference, calculated with reference to the regular price of the Offer Ticket purchased and the regular price of the type of Magic Access selected at the time of ticket upgrade. If the selected type of Magic Access is priced lower than the Offer Ticket to be upgraded, no refund will be made. Any Magic Access issued upon upgrade will be valid for one year starting from the date of the guest’s first Park visit with the Offer Ticket. No upgrade to Magic Access may be made after the day when the Offer Ticket is used.
19. For the purpose of calculating the price difference for upgrading the Offer Ticket to Magic Access:
    1. in respect of Offer Tickets:
       1. each Offer Ticket (Tier 1) is valued at HK$669 (General Admission) or HK$499 (Child/ Senior);
       2. each Offer Ticket (Tier 2) is valued at HK$759 (General Admission) or HK$569 (Child/ Senior);
       3. each Offer Ticket (Tier 3) is valued at HK$849 (General Admission) or HK$639 (Child/ Senior); and
       4. each Offer Ticket (Tier 4) is valued at HK$939 (General Admission) or HK$705 (Child/ Senior);
    2. the regular price of Magic Access (as the case may be) at the time of ticket upgrade shall apply.
20. Upgrade of Offer Tickets are subject to the General Terms and Conditions set out at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/.

Terms and Conditions applicable to the e-Voucher

21. The e-Voucher may only be used to redeem (i) one soft serve at Midtown Delights; or (ii) one Slinky Pizza at Jessie’s Snack Roundup; or (iii) one Lotso Waffle Sandwich at Jessie’s Snack Roundup in the Park, subject to operating hours and operations.
22. Please refer to www.hongkongdisneyland.com or the Park’s mobile app for the locations and operating hours of the Designated Outdoor Vending Carts.
23. Each e-Voucher is for one-time use only, must be used on the day of Park admission using the Offer Ticket issued under this offer and must be presented at the time of redemption together with the valid Offer Ticket with which the e-Voucher is issued.
24. Redemption and use of the e-Vouchers is subject to these terms and conditions, availability of items and the operating hours of the Designated Outdoor Vending Carts.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to this offer

25. This offer and its respective components, the issuance and use of this offer and its respective components and admission to the Park or other parts of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) are each subject to (i) these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/; (ii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and Hotels Rules and Regulations) which are set out on the Website; and (iii) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without compensation, exchange or refund, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort; (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat; (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it; (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it; (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering, experience or activity; and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
26. Duplicate Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers will not be accepted. Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers are void if they are incomplete, altered or tampered with. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers shall be final and conclusive.
27. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
28. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
29. In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
30. This offer is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that purchase or redemption of this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where purchase or redemption of such an offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase or redeem this offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
31. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
32. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the guest purchasing this offer. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
