Disney Premier Access – “New Year's Eve Countdown Party Moment” 2025 - Terms and Conditions

Important Details
  1. Disney Premier Access - “New Year's Eve Countdown Party Moment” (“Pass”) may only be used by the Pass holder in person for one-time entry to the designated viewing area (“Designated Area”) of “New Year's Eve Countdown Party Moment” with “Momentous: Party in the Night Sky” Nighttime Spectacular (“Show”) in the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) on December 31, 2025 (“Designated Date”) only.
  2. Pass is available for purchase during such period as may be designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) from time to time on the Hong Kong Disneyland website (“Website”), the Hong Kong Disneyland official mobile application (“App”) and such other channels as may be designated by HKITP from time to time, subject to availability and quota for the respective sales channels.
  3. Subject to these terms and conditions (including paragraph 2) and the “Magic Access Terms and Conditions”, Magic Access Members meeting all of the following criteria may purchase Pass during the advance purchase period as may be designated by HKITP from September 16, 2025 to September 17, 2025 from time to time:
    1. he/she is a Magic Access Member holding a valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card at the time of purchase of Pass; 
    2. he/she is aged 18 or above; and
    3. he/she holds a valid MyDisney HK account registered under his/her name and has his/her Magic Access Personalized Membership Card associated with such MyDisney account
  4. When completing the online purchase, guest is required to (i) sign in to his/her MyDisney HK account, (ii) provide his/her payment method information and (iii) other forms of personal data as HKITP may require. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
  5. Pass will be issued and stored in the following Pass media: (i) for Pass purchased on the Website and the App, in the “My Purchases” page of the Website and “My Disney Premier Access & More” section of the App; or (ii) for Pass purchased via other online sales channels, in the confirmation email issued to guest (collectively, “Pass Media”).
  6. Guest may not cancel or amend the Designated Date and other details of Pass after the purchase.
  7. Pass is only valid for use on the Designated Date printed on the Pass Media. Pass not used on the validity date will be void without exchange, refund or compensation.
  8. Pass must be used by the same guest on the Designated Date. HKITP may require the guest to present his/her personal identification or provide such other information as HKITP may require for verification purpose.
  9. Pass holder must use the designated queue and present his/her valid Pass at the entrance of the Designated Area at least 30 minutes (or such other time specified in the Pass offer page) prior to the start of the Show.
  10. A designated wristband (“Wristband”) will be issued upon redemption of the Pass at the entrance of the Designated Area. Pass holder must wear the Wristband to enter the Designated Area and throughout the Show. Late entry may not be allowed. Neither Pass, Wristband nor designated queue guarantees immediate admission or enjoyment of the Show.
  11. Free standing in the Designated Area are available on a first come first served basis.
  12. Each viewing location in the Designated Area provides a unique viewing experience of the Show. Guests’ sightlines and visual effects of the drone show may vary depending on his/her viewing location.
  13. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the time of the Show, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of the Show and the Designated Area, and/or (iii) any other aspect of the Show and/or the Designated Area, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, refund or compensation.
  14. Each of the Pass and the Wristband are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, not for resale and subject to availability.
  15. Pass may only be used once to enter the Show and the Designated Area. Pass is not valid for re-entry to the Show and the Designated Area by any other means, or priority admission to any other attraction and/or activity.
  16. Pass does not include admission to the Park. To use Pass, guests are required to have valid admission tickets to the Park.
  17. All guests are required to have a valid reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
  18. Upon entry to the Park, guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The ticket, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (if applicable). If guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her child’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time#.
    * Examples of personal identification include but are not limited to: Hong Kong Identity Card, passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate together with other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).
    # Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our cast members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the 1-Day Ticket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.
    HKITP may refuse Park admission and/or ticket upgrade to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the ticket cannot be verified by HKITP.
  19. HKITP reserves the right at any time to refuse to accept or allow the redemption and the use of any Pass or Wristband, and revoke any benefit in the Pass or Wristband, in each case without refund or compensation if in its sole judgment (i) the Pass, Wristband and/or their benefits are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these Terms and Conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  20. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, types, validity, availability and/or block-out dates of any Pass, ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any Pass, offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.
General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Pass and the Wristband
  1. The issuance and use of Pass and its components and admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) and use of the facilities there is each subject to (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) the “Offer Highlight”, “Product Page” and “Important Details” set out in the Pass offer page and purchase page on the Website, (iii) the “General Terms and Conditions” available at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/ ; (iv) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and the Hotels Rules and Regulations) set out on www.hongkongdisneyland.com; and (v) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Park, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Park or any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Park or any part of it, (d) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Park or any part of it, (e) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and/or (f) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  2. Incomplete, damaged or altered Pass or Wristband will not be accepted. Lost Pass or Wristband will not be reissued.
  3. Duplicate Passes, Pass Media or Wristband will not be accepted. Passes, Pass Media and Wristband are void if altered or tampered with. HKITP is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by computer or mobile device error. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Passes, Pass Media or Wristband. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Passes, Pass Media and Wristband shall be final and conclusive.
  4. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  5. In the event of dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of or relating to Pass.
  6. Pass is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. Pass may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that purchase, redemption or use of Pass is appropriate or available in other locations and Pass is void in any jurisdiction where purchase, redemption or use of such a Pass is prohibited or restricted by law.  Those who choose to purchase, redeem and/or use Pass do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
  7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HKSAR.
  8. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the guest purchasing Pass. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.


Disney Premier Access - “Momentous: Party in the Night Sky”, 8 Attractions and 2 Shows (New Year Eve’s Edition) – Terms and Conditions

Important Details
  1. Disney Premier Access (“Pass”) may be used for priority admission to designated attractions and/or designated shows and/or admission to the viewing area of designated show in the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”), subject to these terms and conditions. The attractions and the shows for which the Pass may be used are available on the Pass offer page on the Hong Kong Disneyland website (“Website”), and the Hong Kong Disneyland official mobile application (“App”) designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”).
  2. Passes are available for purchase on the Website and the App.
  3. When completing the online purchase, guest is required to (i) sign in to his/her MyDisney HK account, (ii) select the type of the Pass, (iii) provide his/her payment method information and (iv) other forms of personal data as HKITP may require. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
  4. Pass will be issued and stored in the following Pass media: (i) for Pass purchased on the Website and the App, in the “My Purchases” page of the Web and “My Disney Premier Access & More” section of the App; or (ii) for Pass purchased via other online sales channels, in the confirmation email issued to guest (collectively, “Pass Media”).
  5. Guests may not cancel or amend the validity date and other details of the Pass after the purchase.
  6. Passes are only valid for use on the date printed or timeslot (if any) on the Pass Media. Passes not used on the validity date will be void without compensation, exchange or refund.
  7. Pass is not for re-sale, is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and subject to availability.
  8. The Pass must be used by the same guest on its validity date. HKITP may require the guest to present his/her personal identification or provide such other information as HKITP may require for verification purpose.
  9. The Pass does not include admission to the Park. To use the Pass, guests are required to have valid admission tickets and Park visit reservation for the validity date of the Pass.
  10. The issuance and use of the Pass and admission to the Park and use of the facilities there is each subject to (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) the “Offer Highlight”, “Product Page” and “Important Details” set out in the Pass offer page and purchase page on the Website and the App.
  11. HKITP reserves the right at any time to refuse to accept the Pass or allow priority entrance to any attraction or show without refund or compensation if in its sole judgment (i) the Pass and/or its benefits are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these Terms and Conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  12. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, types, validity, availability and/or block-out dates of any Pass, ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any Pass, offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.
  13. Use of the Pass at attractions are further subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Pass holders shall present the Pass Media storing his/her Pass at the designated queue of each selected attraction. Neither the Pass nor the designated queue guarantees immediate admission or enjoyment of any attraction.
    2. The Pass may only be used once for priority entrance to the selected attraction during its operating hours.
    3. Access to an attraction is subject to the safety rules and other conditions applicable to the attraction. Guests who do not meet or pass the boarding requirements or any other applicable conditions cannot ride / access to the attraction.
    4. If a selected attraction is closed on the validity date of the Pass, the Pass may be used once for priority entrance on the same day to one other attraction listed by HKITP for the Pass, subject to the availability, capacity and operating hours of such substitute attraction. In any circumstances, the Pass may not be used for repeated entry to any substitute attraction. No refund, extension or other compensation will be provided.
  14. Use of the Pass for shows are further subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Each Pass only allows the Pass holder one-time priority admission to and/or admission to the viewing area in person for each designated show on the validity date of the Pass. If guest has selected a timeslot for a show prior to the show time, the Pass may only be used for the show at the selected timeslot.
    2. Free standing room in the viewing area of the designated show are available on a first come first served basis.
    3. Pass holder must present his/her Pass at the entrance of the show’s viewing area at least 30 minutes (or such other time specified in the relevant Pass offer page) prior to the start of the show. Late entry may not be allowed.
    4. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the time of each show, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of the viewing area, and/or (iii) any other aspect of the show, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, refund or compensation.
  15. Use of the Pass for shows at Disney’s Storybook Theater are further subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. When purchasing the Pass, guest is required to select his/her preferred timeslot for the show on the validity date of the Pass. The selected timeslot may not be changed once it is confirmed.
    2. Free seating room in the theater are available on a first come first served basis.
    3. If the selected show is cancelled on the validity date of the Pass, the Pass may be used once for entry to the same show at another timeslot on the same day listed by HKITP for the Pass, subject to the availability, capacity and operating hours of the show.
  16. Use of the Pass for the nighttime show at Castle are further subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. A designated wristband (“Wristband”) will be issued upon redemption of the Pass at the entrance of the viewing area of the designated show. Pass holder must wear the Wristband to enter the viewing area of the designated show and throughout the show. Late entry may not be allowed. Neither Pass, Wristband nor designated queue guarantees immediate admission or enjoyment of the show.
    2. Each location in the designated viewing area provides a unique viewing experience. Guests’ sightlines and visual effects of the drone show may vary depending on your viewing location.
    3. HKITP reserves the right at any time to refuse to accept or allow the redemption and the use of any Wristband, and revoke any benefit in the Wristband, in each case without refund or compensation if in its sole judgment (i) the Wristband and/or their benefits are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these Terms and Conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
    4. If the nighttime show is cancelled on the validity date of the Pass, guest may receive a one-time HK$120 discount on any single merchandise purchase at any merchandise store in the Park on the validity date of the
      1. To use the shopping credit, guest must present his/her Pass in person at the time of payment for the merchandise purchase.
      2. The shopping credit may be used once only.
      3. The shopping credit not used on the validity date of the Pass will be void without exchange, refund or compensation.
      4. The Shopping Credit is not applicable to the purchase of Disney Collectible Medallion, photos, photography service, PANDORA Jewelry, CHOW TAI FOOK jewelries, co-branded merchandise (e.g. LEGO® items, FUJIFILM items and Starbucks® items, , Wooderful Life etc.), non-Disney items (e.g. convenience items, drugs), media products, Magical Goodie Bags, personalized services, spending at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, merchandise reserved, ordered or purchased online or outside the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Magic Prize and other selected items which HKITP may from time to time specify. The shopping credit may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
      5. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change the prices of the merchandise items and the operating hours of the merchandise stores in its sole and absolute discretion.
