Disney Premier Access – “Let’s Get Wicked”

Important Details

1. Disney Premier Access – “Let’s Get Wicked” (“Pass”) may only be used by the Pass holder in person on such date (“Validity Date”) and time slot (“Time Slot”) (if applicable) as specified on the Pass Media (as defined below) for one-time priority admission to the “Let’s Get Wicked” theater show (“Theater Show”) at Theater In The Wild (“Theater”) in the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”), as set out on Pass offer page on the Hong Kong Disneyland website (“Website”) and the Hong Kong Disneyland official mobile application (“App”), subject to these terms and conditions.
2. The Pass is available for purchase during such periods as may be determined by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) from time to time via the following channels, subject to availability and quota: (i) the Website; (ii) the App; (iii) at designated locations in the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) (if any); and/or (iv) other designated sales channels (if any).
3. Upon entry to the Park, guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification^* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The ticket, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (if applicable). If guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her child’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time^#.
   ^* Examples of personal identification include but are not limited to: Hong Kong Identity Card, passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate together with other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).
   ^# Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the ticket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.
   HKITP may refuse Park admission and/or ticket upgrade to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the ticket cannot be verified by HKITP.
4. The latest version of the App may be required for certain transactions or features. You agree that downloading and using the latest version of the App is your responsibility. Any purchase of the Pass made on previous versions of the App shall be final and binding and cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged and/or refunded for any reason.
5. Where applicable, subject to availability, operational capacity and/or other considerations at HKITP’s sole discretion, HKDL shall determine and designate Time Slot for priority admission to the Theater Show.
6. When completing the online purchase of the Pass, guest is required to A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
7. The Pass will be issued and stored in the following pass media (“Pass Media”): (i) if purchased on the Website, in the “My Purchases” page of the Website; (ii) if purchased on the App, in the “My Disney Premier Access & More” section of the App; (iii) if purchased in the Resort, in the guest’s admission ticket to the Park; and (iv) if purchased via other online sales channels, in the confirmation email issued to guest.
8. Guests may not cancel or amend the type, Validity Date, Time Slot (if any) and/or any other details of the Pass after the purchase.
9. Pass is only valid for use on Validity Date and Time Slot (if applicable) printed on the Pass Media. If the Pass is not used on Validity Date and Time Slot, it will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund.
10. The Pass is not for re-sale, is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and subject to availability.
11. The Pass must be used by the same guest on Validity Date. HKITP may require the guest to present his/her personal identification or provide such other information as HKITP may require for verification purpose.
12. Pass does not include admission to the Park. To use the Pass, guests are required to have a valid ticket or Magic Access Personalised Membership Card and a Park visit reservation for Validity Date. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
13. HKITP reserves the right at any time to refuse to accept or allow the redemption and the use of any Pass, and withhold or revoke any benefit in the Pass, in each case without compensation, exchange and/or refund if, in its sole judgment, (i) the Pass and/or its benefits are used for commercial or other unauthorized purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
14. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions, (ii) designate or change the prices, types, validity, availability and/or block-out dates of any Pass, ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion, and/or (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any Pass, offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.
15. Subject to paragraph 19 below, the Pass may only be used by the Pass holder in person for one-time priority admission to the Theater Show at the Time Slot on the Validity Date. The Pass is not valid for re-entry to the Theater Show, or priority admission to any other attraction and/or activity.
16. Free seating in the theater is available on a first come first served basis.
17. The Pass holder must present his/her Pass at the entrance of the Theater Show and enter at least 30 minutes (or such other time specified in the relevant Pass offer page) prior to the start of the Theater Show. Late entry may not be allowed. Neither the Pass nor designated queue guarantees immediate admission or enjoyment of the Theater Show.
18. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the time of the Theater Show (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of Theater Show, and/or (iv) any other aspect of the Theater Show, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.
19. Subject to availability, capacity, and operating hours, (i) if the Theater Show is cancelled at the Time Slot on the Validity Date, the Pass may be used for one-time priority admission to the same show at another time slot on the same day, or (ii) if the Theater Show has no other time slot on the same day, the Pass may be used for one-time priority admission on the same day to one of the attractions listed on www.hongkongdisneyland.com/offers-discounts/disney-premier-access-1-attraction/. No other compensation, exchange and/or refund will be provided.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Pass

20. The issuance and use of the Pass and its components and admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) and use of the facilities there is each subject to (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) the “Offer Highlight”, “Product Page” and “Important Details” set out in the Pass offer page and purchase page on the Website; (iii) the “General Terms and Conditions” available at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/; (iv) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and the Hotels Rules and Regulations) set out on www.hongkongdisneyland.com; and (v) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Park, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Park or any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Park or any part of it, (d) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Park or any part of it, (e) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and/or (f) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
21. Incomplete, damaged or altered Pass or Pass Media will not be accepted. Lost Pass or Pass Media will not be reissued.
22. Duplicate Pass or Pass Media will not be accepted. Pass and Pass Media are void if altered or tampered with. HKITP is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by computer or mobile device error. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Passes or Pass Media. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Passes and Pass Media shall be final and conclusive.
23. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
24. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
25. In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final on the dispute and otherwise in respect of Pass.
26. The Pass is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. The Pass may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that purchase, redemption or use of the Pass is appropriate or available in other locations and the Pass is void in any jurisdiction where purchase, redemption or use of such a Pass is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase, redeem and/or use Pass do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
27. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
28. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the guest purchasing the Pass. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.

Personal data collected in connection with or upon the purchase, issue or provision of tickets, tours, other products and services may be used for the processing of requests or enquiries, enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings, sending administrative materials to you, our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law. Important Details

1. Disney Premier Access – “Let’s Get Wicked”, Nighttime Spectacular, 8 Attractions and 1 Show (“Pass”) may only be used by the Pass holder in person on such date (“Validity Date”) and time slot (“Time Slot”) (if applicable) as specified on the Pass Media (as defined below) for one-time:
   1. priority admission to the 8 designated attractions (“Attractions”);
   2. priority admission to the “Let’s Get Wicked” theater show (“Theater Show”) at Theater In The Wild (“Theater”); and
   3. entry to the designated viewing areas (“Designated Viewing Area”) of the following shows (“Shows”):
      1. day-time castle stage show (“Castle Stage Show”); and
      2. "Momentous” (“Nighttime Spectacular”),
   in the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”), as set out on Pass offer page on the Hong Kong Disneyland website (“Website”) and the Hong Kong Disneyland official mobile application (“App”), subject to these terms and conditions.
2. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

15. Use of the Pass at Attractions is further subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Subject to paragraph 15(v) below, the Pass may only be used by the Pass holder in person for one-time priority admission to the Attractions during their operating hours or Time Slot (if any) and is not valid for re-entry to the Attractions by any other means, or priority admission to any other Attraction.
    2. The Pass holder shall present the Pass Media storing his/her Pass at the designated queue of the Attractions. The Pass does not include any guarantee as to immediate admission or wait time for the Attractions.
    3. Access to Attractions is subject to the safety rules and other conditions applicable to the Attractions. Guests who do not meet or pass the boarding requirements or any other applicable conditions cannot ride or access the Attractions.
    4. The Pass does not include any immediate, guaranteed, reserved or priority access to or arrangement for any program, facility, amenity or activity (including without limitation any meet-and-greet or photo moment) in the Attractions. Guests are required to follow the applicable rules, directions, arrangements and/or operation for the Attractions as determined by HKITP from time to time.
    5. Subject to availability, capacity, and operating hours,
       1. if any of the Attractions is closed at the Time Slot on the Validity Date, the Pass may be used for one-time priority admission to the same attraction at another time slot on the same day; or
       2. if any of the Attractions is closed on the Validity Date, the Pass may be used for one-time priority admission on the same day to one of the other Attractions listed for the Pass. The Pass may not be used for repeated priority admission to any substitute attraction in any circumstances. No other compensation, exchange and/or refund will be provided.
16. Use of the Pass for Shows is further subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. The Pass may only be used by the Pass holder in person for one-time entry to the Designated Viewing Area of the Shows in person on the Validity Date and Time Slot (if applicable).
    2. Free standing in the Designated Viewing Area is available on a first come first served basis.
    3. The Pass holder must present his/her Pass at the entrance of the Designated Viewing Area of the Shows and enter at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the Nighttime Spectacular and 10 minutes prior to the start of the Castle Stage Show, unless otherwise specified on the relevant Pass offer page. Late entry may not be allowed. Neither the Pass nor designated queue guarantees immediate admission or enjoyment of the Shows.
    4. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (a) the time of the Shows, (b) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of the Shows and/or Designated Viewing Area; and/or (c) any other aspect of the Shows and/or Designated Viewing Area, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, refund and/or compensation.
    5. If is cancelled on the Validity Date, the Pass holder may receive a one-time HK$120 discount on any single merchandise purchase at any merchandise store in the Park on the Validity Date (“Discount”). To use the Discount, the Pass holder must present his/her Pass in person at the time of payment for the merchandise purchase subject to the following conditions:
       1. the Discount may be used once only;
       2. the Discount not used on the Validity Date will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund;
       3. the Discount is not applicable to the purchase of Disney Collectible Medallion, photos, photography service, CHOW TAI FOOK jewelries, co-branded merchandise (e.g. FUJIFILM items and Starbucks® items etc.), non-Disney items (e.g. convenience items, drugs), media products, Magical Goodie Bags, personalized services, spending at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, merchandise reserved, ordered or purchased online or outside the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Magic Prize and other selected items which HKITP may from time to time specify;
       4. the Discount may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion;
       5. all merchandise items purchased using Discount are subject to the exchange and refund policy printed on the back of the original sales receipt;
       6. merchandise items are subject to availability and may change without prior notice; and
       7. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change the prices of the merchandise items and the operating hours of the merchandise stores in its sole and absolute discretion.
       8. Except as expressly set out in paragraphs 16(v), HKITP is not required to make any other compensation, exchange, refund and/or substitute arrangement in connection with any cancellation, partial performance, delay, rescheduling or other changes to the Shows.
17. Use of the Pass for the Theater Show is further subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Subject to paragraph 17(v) below, the Pass may only be used by the Pass holder in person for one-time priority admission to the Theater Show at the Time Slot on the Validity Date. The Pass is not valid for re-entry to the Theater Show, or priority admission to any other attraction and/or activity.
    2. Free seating in the theater is available on a first come first served basis.
    3. The Pass holder must present his/her Pass at the entrance of the Theater Show and enter at least 30 minutes (or such other time specified in the relevant Pass offer page) prior to the start of the Theater Show. Late entry may not be allowed. Neither the Pass nor designated queue guarantees immediate admission or enjoyment of the Theater Show.
    4. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (a) the time of the Theater Show, (b) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of the Theater Show; and/or (c) any other aspect of the Theater Show, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, refund and/or compensation.
    5. Subject to availability, capacity, and operating hours,
       1. if the Theater Show is cancelled at the Time Slot on the Validity Date, the Pass may be used for one-time priority admission to the same show at another time slot on the same day, or
       2. if the Theater Show has no other time slot on the same day, the Pass may be used for one-time priority admission on the same day to one of the other Attractions listed for the Pass. No other compensation, exchange and/or refund will be provided.
18. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the number of attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations available in the Park; (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations; and/or (iii) any other aspect of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Pass

19.
