Important Details
  1. This offer is only available to guests who holds valid Hong Kong Identity Cards (“Eligible Guests”).
  2. This offer is only applicable to purchase of 2-Day General Admission Tickets and 2-Day Child/ Senior Tickets (“Offer Tickets”) to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) from the website designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) (“Designated Website”) from February 11, 2025 to July 30, 2025 (“Offer Period”).
  3. This offer is not applicable to other ticket types or purchase via other sales channels or locations other than the Designated Website.
  4. When completing the purchase on the Designated Website, Eligible Guests are required to provide his/her name, credit card information and other forms of personal data as HKITP may require. A confirmation email will be issued to the Eligible Guest purchasing the Offer Tickets on the Desginated Website.
  5. Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers may only be used by the Eligible Guest and his/her family members or friends (“Accompanying Guests”), who must either (i) hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card; or (ii) (if aged 3 to 11) a valid Hong Kong birth certificate or a recent school handbook with photo identification issued by a school located in Hong Kong.
  6. Each Offer Ticket may be used by the Eligible Guest or an Accompanying Guest to visit the Park on any two operation days of the Park during the period from February 11, 2025 to July 31, 2025 (“Validity Period”) falling within dates specified for Tier 1 to Tier 3. The dates specified for Tier 1 to Tier 3 in the next three (3) months are set out in the Ticket Tier Calendar available on the Website. The Ticket Tier Calendar is subject to the Park’s operations and may be changed from time to time. Eligible Guests are advised to check the latest Ticket Tier Calendar at the time of purchase.
  7. Each Offer Ticket is issued together with the following electronic vouchers (each an “e-Voucher”):
    1. two (2) electronic vouchers for a HK$10 discount for any purchase of any combo meal at the designated Quick Service Restaurants in the Park after 4:30 PM (one (1) electronic voucher for each of the two (2) visits under the Offer Ticket) (each a “Combo Meal Discount e-Voucher”);
    2. two (2) electronic vouchers for a HK$10 discount for any purchase of Disney Shoulder Plush or Disney Headband at any merchandise store in the Park (one (1) electronic voucher for each of the two (2) visits under the Offer Ticket) (each a “Merchandise Discount e-Voucher”); and
    3. two (2) electronic vouchers for a HK$30 discount for any purchase of two or more consumable items at any designated merchandise store in the Park (one (1) electronic voucher for each of the two (2) visits under the Offer Ticket) (each a “Consumable Items Discount e-Voucher”).
  8. Each Offer Ticket and e-Voucher must be used by the same Eligible Guest or his/her Accompanying Guests during the Validity Period. HKITP may require the Eligible Guest or his/her Accompanying Guests to present his/her personal identification or provide such other information as HKITP may require for verification purpose.
  9. To use the Offer Tickets, the Eligible Guest and his/her Accompanying Guests must enter the Park at the same time and present at the Park Main Entrance turnstile in person for verification: (i) proof of payment for the purchase via the Designated Website (for example, by presentation of the physical credit card or the digital wallet on guests’ mobile device); (ii) the confirmation email issued for such purchase; and (iii) such photo personal identification as HKITP may require to verify his/her identity as the registered user or holder of the digital wallet used in the purchase.
  10. Eligible Guests and their Accompanying Guests must make their visits within the Validity Period. E-Vouchers issued with the Offer Tickets are only valid on or before July 31, 2025 and only on the day of Park admission using such Offer Ticket. Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers not used in accordance with these terms and conditions will be void without compensation, exchange or refund.
  11. The Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers are not for re-sale, are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
  12. Guests who have already purchased Magic Access Membership Card (“Magic Access”) or any other tickets, vouchers or other products will not be entitled to any exchange or refund under this offer.
  13. Upon entry to the Park, each guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The ticket, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (if applicable). If the guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her child’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time#.
    *Examples of personal identification include but are not limited to: Hong Kong Identity Card, passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate and other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).
    # Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant Eligible Guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the Offer Ticket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.
    HKITP may refuse Park admission and/or ticket upgrade to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the ticket cannot be verified by HKITP.
  14. All guests are required to make reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. The system will automatically make a reservation for the first visit under an Offer Ticket based on the admission date selected when the Offer Ticket is purchased. The Eligible Guest must make a second reservation before his/her second visit to the Park under the Offer Ticket. Eligible Guests can cancel or change their reservations on the Website before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
  15. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the number of attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations available in the Park; (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations; and/or (iii) any other aspect of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.
  16. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any Offer Ticket or e-Voucher, and withhold or revoke any benefit in this offer, in each case without compensation, exchange or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the Offer Ticket, e-Voucher and/or benefits under this offer are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  17. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity and/or block-out dates of any ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of this or any other offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.
Offer Ticket Upgrade Terms and Conditions
  1. On the Park visit day only, an Eligible Guest or Accompanying Guest using an Offer Ticket may upgrade his/her Offer Ticket to Magic Access at Magic Access Member Service Center in the Park by paying the applicable price difference in person, calculated with reference to the regular price of the Offer Ticket purchased and the regular price of the type of Magic Access selected at the time of ticket upgrade. If the selected type of Magic Access is priced lower than the Offer Ticket to be upgraded, no refund will be made. Any Magic Access issued upon upgrade will be valid for one year starting from the date of the guest’s first Park visit with the Offer Ticket. No upgrade to Magic Access may be made after the day when the Offer Ticket is used.
  2. For the purpose of calculating the price difference for upgrading the Offer Ticket:
    1. each 2-Day General Admission Offer Ticket and 2-Day Child/ Senior Offer Ticket shall be valued at HK$859 and HK$649 respectively; and
    2. the regular price of the selected Magic Access at the time of ticket upgrade shall apply.
  3. Upgrade of Offer Tickets are subject to the General Terms and Conditions set out at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/.
Combo Meal Discount e-Voucher Terms and Conditions
  1. Only one (1) Combo Meal Discount e-Voucher may be used in each single transaction on each visit to the Park under an Offer Ticket.
  2. The Combo Meal Discount e-Voucher may be used at any of the following designated restaurants in the Park after 4:30 p.m., subject to their respective capacity, operating hours and operations:
    1. Starliner Diner (Tomorrowland);
    2. Comet Cafe (Tomorrowland);
    3. Clopin’s Festival of Foods (Fantasyland);
    4. Royal Banquet Hall (Fantasyland);
    5. River View Cafe (Adventureland); and
    6. Golden Crocus Inn (World of Frozen).
Merchandise Discount e-Voucher Terms and Conditions
  1. Only one (1) Merchandise Discount e-Voucher may be used in each single transaction on each visit to the Park under an Offer Ticket.
  2. The Merchandise Discount e-Vouchers may not be used to purchase Disney Collectible Medallion, photo, photography service, GODIVA, CHOW TAI FOOK jewelry, PANDORA jewelry, limited edition pin, co-branded merchandise (e.g. LEGO® items, Starbucks® items, Wooderful Life items and etc.), non-Disney/ convenience items (e.g. drugs), media product, personalized service, embroidery service, spending at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, merchandise reserved, ordered or purchased online or outside the Resort, Magic Prize, charity items and other selected items which HKITP may from time to time specify.
Consumable Items Discount  e-Voucher Terms and Conditions
  1. Only one (1) Consumable Items Discount e-Voucher may be used in each single transaction on each visit to the Park under an Offer Ticket.
  2. The Consumable Items Discount e-Voucher may be used at any merchandise store in the Park except Northern Delights, subject to their respective operating hours and operations. The Consumable Items Discount e-Voucher may not be used at any restaurant or any outdoor vending cart.
General Terms and Conditions applicable to this offer
  1. This offer and its respective components, and the issuance and redemption of this offer and its respective components and admission to the Park or other parts of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) there are each subject to (i) the “Offer Highlight” and “Important Details” set out in all relevant pages on the Hong Kong Disneyland website at hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”), (ii) these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/, (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and Hotels Rules and Regulations) which are set out on the Website, and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without compensation, exchange or refund, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it, (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it, (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering, experience or activity, and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  2. Duplicate Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers will not be accepted. Incomplete, damaged or altered Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers will be void without compensation, exchange or refund. Lost Offer Tickets or e-Vouchers will not be replaced. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers shall be final and conclusive.
  3. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  4. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
  5. In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
  6. This offer is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that purchase or redemption of this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where purchase or redemption of such an offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase or redeem this offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
  7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
  8. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the guest purchasing this offer. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.

Personal data collected in connection with or upon the purchase, issue or provision of tickets, tours, other products and services may be used for the processing of requests or enquiries, enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings, sending administrative materials to you, our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law. A list of classes of persons to whom such personal data may be transferred can be found at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/personal-data-transferees.
