Magic Access Limited Time Offer: 15% Off for Group of 3

1. This offer is applicable to the following purchases of new Magic Access Membership Cards of any membership tier in one single transaction from September 2, 2024 to December 18, 2024 (“Offer Period”) through the sales channels specified in paragraph 2 and which are not excluded under paragraph 3 (each an “Eligible Transaction”):
   1. purchasing three (3) or more General, Student or Child Magic Access Membership Cards;
   2. upgrading three (3) or more Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) admission tickets (“Admission Tickets”) to three (3) or more General, Student or Child Magic Access Membership Cards by paying the applicable price difference, which shall be the difference between the purchase price of the Admission Ticket and the purchase price of the selected Magic Access Membership under this offer.
2. This offer is available through the following sales channels during the Offer Period:
   1. purchase of new Magic Access Membership Cards on www.hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”) from 11:00am (Hong Kong time) on September 2, 2024 to 5:00pm (Hong Kong time) on December 18, 2024; and
   2. purchase of or upgrade Admission Tickets to new Magic Access Membership Cards at the ticket booths located at the Main Entrance of the Park and Magic Access Member Service Center in the Park (each a “Specified Location”) during the operating hours of these Specified Locations.
3. This offer is not applicable to purchases which are not an Eligible Transaction, including purchase of or upgrade to Senior Magic Access Membership Cards, purchase of Magic Access Certificates, and renewal or upgrade of existing Magic Access memberships.
4. When completing the purchase on the Website, the guest making the Eligible Transaction is required to provide his/her name, payment method information and other forms of personal data as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) may require.
5. Guests may purchase up to six (6) Magic Access Membership Cards for himself/herself or his/her family members and friends in one Eligible Transaction on the Website. HKITP may refuse to accept any purchase of Magic Access Membership Card once the limit is reached.
6. Guests who have completed an Eligible Transaction on the Website will receive a confirmation email issued by HKITP. To collect their personalised Magic Access Membership Cards, all guests named in the confirmation must visit a Specified Location together at the same time in person on or before December 18, 2024 during the Park’s operating hours and complete the process required in paragraph 7.  No Magic Access Membership Card will be issued if one or more guests is/are not present at the same time at the Specified Location.
7. To have his/her Personalised Membership Card issued, the guest is required to visit designated card issue location(s) in person, present such valid photo identification acceptable to HKITP* and provide such personal data as HKITP may require, have his/her photograph taken, and follow such procedures stipulated by HKITP. The full name printed on the photo identification must be the same as the one provided in the Eligible Transaction. If guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her children’s photo retained by HKITP after it is taken, he/she may, before card issue, ask a cast member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time^#.
   
   ^*The photo identification must be valid and bears the full name and a recent photo of the guest.
   Types of acceptable photo identification may include:
   
   1. for General membership:
      
      1. Hong Kong residents: Hong Kong identity card or passport;
      2. Non-Hong Kong residents: government-issued photo identification (such as passport, driver’s license or PRC resident identity card).
   2. for Child membership: photo identification issued by a government or registered school (such as passport, Exit-Entry Permit, school handbook with official school stamp or student card).
   3. for Student membership: photo identification issued by a registered school (such as school handbook with official school stamps or student card) showing the guest’s full-time student registration.
   ^#Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting such photo identification and provide such personal information as HKITP may require of the relevant guest(s) to our Cast Members upon card issue and each entry to the Park.
8. Purchase, upgrade and issue of Magic Access are subject to the “Magic Access Terms and Conditions” which are set out on https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/magic-access/terms-conditions/.
9. Admission Tickets may be upgraded to Magic Access Membership Cards on the day of use only. Any Magic Access Membership Cards  issued upon upgrade will be valid for one year starting from the date of guest’s first Park visit with the original Admission Ticket. No upgrade will be possible after the day when the original Admission Ticket is used.
10. If the selected Magic Access Membership Card is priced lower than the Admission Ticket to be upgraded, no refund will be made.
11. Upgrade of Admission Tickets is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the Admission Tickets. Upgrade will not be allowed if the Admission Ticket is specified as non-upgradable, or if its applicable terms and conditions are not complied with.
12. No exchange or refund will be made for Magic Access which are purchased or issued under this offer or otherwise.
13. This offer is not for re-sale, is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other item, and may not be used in conjunction with other ticket promotions or discounts.
14. All guests are required to make reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
15. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the number of attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations available in the Park, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, and/or (iii) any other aspect of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.
16. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any Admission Ticket and withhold or revoke any benefit in this offer, in each case without compensation, exchange or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the Admission Ticket and/or benefits under this offer are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
17. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity and/or block-out dates of any ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of this or any other offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.

18. The issuance and use of Magic Access Membership Card and its benefits and admission to the Park or other parts of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) there are each subject to (i) the “Offer Highlight” and “Important Details” set out in all relevant pages on the Website, (ii) the “Magic Access Terms and Conditions” and “Magic Access Benefits Terms and Conditions” which are set out on the www.hongkongdisneyland.com/magic-access-members/ (“Member Site”), (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and Hotels Rules and Regulations) which are set out on the Website, and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without compensation, exchange or refund, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it, (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it, (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering, experience or activity, and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
19. Benefits apply to the guest making the Eligible Transaction only and are non-transferable. Benefits (including discounts) are for the guest's personal use only and must not be used to obtain or purchase items, services, discounts or other benefits with the intent to resell such items, services, discounts or other benefits. Benefits (including discounts) must not be sold, bartered or exchanged for any goods, services or benefits.
20. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
21. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
22. In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
23. This offer is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that purchase or redemption of this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where purchase or redemption of such an offer is prohibited or restricted by law.  Those who choose to purchase or redeem this offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
25. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the guest purchasing this offer. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.

Each guest who has successfully purchased three (3) or more Magic Access Membership Cards via the Hong Kong Disneyland’s Magic Access Limited Time Offer on hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”) and has successfully settled the full payment amount using a UnionPay credit card or debit card (whether in physical, digital or electronic format, including QR Code via the UnionPay official mobile application) (“Eligible Guest”), will have a chance to receive the add-on benefit.
2. Each Eligible Guest shall receive one add-on benefit based on the Magic Access tier and type purchased on the Website in accordance with the table below, subject to the terms and conditions in paragraph 3:

3. The add-on benefit will not be changed for Eligible Guest who changed his/her Magic Access tier and type after the initial purchase on the Website during the Offer Period (as such term is defined in Hong Kong Disneyland’s Magic Access Limited Time Offer – Terms & Conditions). Each Eligible Guest may not receive more than one (1) add-on benefit under this privilege.
4. The add-on benefit is subject to limited quota and on a first-come first-served basis.
5. The electronic vouchers in respect of the add-on benefits shall be issued by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) on or after March 1, 2025 (an “e-Voucher”). Each e-Voucher will be issued in associated with the Eligible Guest’s Magic Access membership card and must be redeemed on or before May 31, 2025. Each Eligible Guest may sign in to the Magic Access Member Site at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/magic-access-members/ for the benefit detail on or after March 1, 2025.
6. HKITP’s records of the Magic Access Tier and type purchased, and accordingly the applicable add-on benefit that each Eligible Guest shall be entitled to, shall be final and conclusive.

7. Each Eligible Guest receiving Benefit 1 must redeem and use the e-Voucher on or before May 31, 2025. Any e-Voucher not used by this date will be void without compensation, exchange or refund.
8. Each Eligible Guest may use the e-Voucher to redeem one snack combo (which includes one ice lollipop, one 32oz popcorn and one bottled drink) (subject to availability) at one of the following designated outdoor vending carts in the Park:
   1. Main Street Market;
   2. Popcorn, Frozen Lollipops Cart at Main Street, U.S.A;
   3. Popcorn, Frozen Lollipops Cart at Tomorrowland;
   4. Hot Dog, Corn on the Cob, Refreshing Drinks, Frozen Lollipops Cart at Fantasyland;
   5. Popcorn, Frozen Lollipops Cart at Fantasyland;
   6. Frozen Lollipops Cart at Mystic Point;
   7. Popcorn Cart at Grizzly Gulch; or
   8. Korean Squid, Turkey Leg, Refreshing Drinks, Frozen Lollipops Cart at Adventureland.
   Please refer to the Website or the Park’s mobile app for the locations and operating hours of the designated outdoor vending carts.
9. To use the e-Voucher, the Eligible Guest must present his/her valid Magic Access membership card at the same time when ordering the snack combo.

10. Each Eligible Guest receiving Benefit 2 must redeem and use the e-Voucher on or before May 31, 2025. Any e-Voucher not used by this date will be void without compensation, exchange or refund.
11. Each Eligible Guest may use the e-Voucher to redeem one “Explorer’s Semi-Buffet Lunch” for the Eligible Guest’s personal use only.
12. The e-Voucher is only applicable for the “Explorer’s Semi-Buffet Lunch” from 12:00n.n. to 3:00p.m. at Explorer’s Club Restaurant (subject to availability) and is not applicable to any other product, service or package (including without limitation, the Explorer’s Semi-Buffet Dinner at Explorer’s Club Restaurant and Admission to “Momentous” Special Viewing Area Package).
13. Each additional purchase at the restaurant will be charged at the published rate and shall be subject to 10% service charge.
14. HKITP reserves the right to assign or change table and seating arrangements, including those in the outdoor dining area.
15. To use the e-Voucher, the Eligible Guest must also present his/her valid Magic Access membership card at the restaurant entrance before seated.

“Ink & Plate Weekend Character Buffet Lunch” at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel (“Benefit 3”)

16. Each Eligible Guest receiving Benefit 3 must redeem and use the e-Voucher on or before May 31, 2025. Any e-Voucher not used by this date will be void without compensation, exchange or refund.
17. Each Eligible Guest may use the e-Voucher to redeem one Character Buffet Lunch at Ink & Plate at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel for the Eligible Guest’s personal use only.
18. The e-Voucher is only applicable for the “Ink & Plate Weekend Character Buffet Lunch” from 12:00n.n. to 3:00p.m. on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays at Ink & Plate Restaurant (subject to availability).
19. Each additional purchase at the restaurant will be charged at the published rate and shall be subject to 10% service charge.
20. To use the e-Voucher, the Eligible Guest must present his/her valid Magic Access membership card at the restaurant entrance before seated. .

21. The e-Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer (including without limitation, any Magic Access food and beverages benefits, food and beverages discount coupons distributed via the Website, the Hotels or other locations; and Cast Member discounts on food and beverages).
22. The e-Voucher is for one-time use only and is not for re-sale, are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other item, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
23. This add-on benefit is provided in connection with the corporate alliance relationship between HKITP and UnionPay (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“UnionPay"). For payment issues relating to the UnionPay credit card or debit card, please contact the relevant card issuer/card scheme directly.
24. The add-on benefit and its respective components are also subject to the Hong Kong Disneyland’s Magic Access Limited Time Offer – Terms & Conditions.
25. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any benefit and withhold or revoke any benefit in connection with the add-on benefit, in each case without compensation, exchange or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the add-on benefits are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
26.
