- Terms & Conditions
1. 2025 Magic Access Winter Sale Pass (“Pass(es)”) is made available for sale on www.hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”) by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (”HKITP”) (Address: Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Lantau Island, Hong Kong).
2. From December 30, 2024 to January 26, 2025 ("Sales Period"), Magic Access Member(s) ("Member(s)") may sign in to Magic Access Member Site and purchase Pass(es) on Website in first-come-first-served basis.
3. Each Pass is retailed at HK$20. Each Pass includes the following shopping privileges which can be used on one designated date between January 4 - 26, 2025 (“Event Period”):
i. ONE(1) 2025 Winter Sale event venue admission pass ("Admission Pass"). Each Admission Pass is valid for ONE (1)-time admission to the Pavilion (“Event Venue”) for ONE (1) Member at a specified time;
ii. ONE(1) HK$20 merchandise E-voucher (“E-Voucher”) - for purchase of special price item(s) at The Pavilion on the designated date;
4. All Pass(es) are subject to daily availability. Each Member can purchase one Pass each time and each Member are limited to purchase five Passes during the Sales Period.
5. Pass(es) can only be used by the Members who purchased it, who must provide valid membership number and name during the transaction.
6. The Pass(es) purchased on the Website does not entitle the Member(s) to any coupon, promotional offer, discount or other benefit not offered for the online sales (including, without limitation, regular Magic Access discount and Magic Access Birthday Privileges).
7. Member(s) who have purchased the Pass(es) online will receive an order confirmation issued by HKITP. Member(s) need to present the order confirmation and valid Magic Access Member Membership Card in person. Upon HKITP’s request, Member(s) may need to present personal identification documents to verify their identities as the authorized holder of the credit card used in online sales.
8. Each session of 2025 Magic Access Winter Sale lasts for 45 minutes. Entry will be closed 15 minutes before each session ends.
9. Admission Pass and E-Voucher are only applicable to the purchase(s) at The Pavilion on designated date. Admission Pass and E-Voucher not used after the designated date will be void without refund or compensation.
10. The purchase(s) in the Event does/ do not entitle the Member(s) to any coupon, promotional offer, discount or other benefit (including, without limitation, regular Magic Access discount and Magic Access Birthday Privileges).
11. Merchandise item(s) purchased in the Event cannot be refunded or exchanged.
12. Admission Pass and E-Voucher are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash, credit or any other items and not for re-sale.
13. The price of Pass(es) does not include admission to the Park. Please check the Magic Access blockout calendar. Member(s) must have valid admission ticket to enter the Park and are required to make reservations before their park visits. Member(s) may be required to join the queue and may have to wait for certain time to enter the Event Venue under capacity control.
14. Information relating to the Pass(es) (including without limitation the retail price and available quantity) shown on the Website are for reference only. HKITP may from time to time change the retail price and available quantity and other privileges of the Pass(es) available for sale at its sole and absolute discretion by updating the Website.
15. Duplicated, used or incomplete Admission Pass and E-Voucher will not be accepted. Admission Pass and E-Voucher will be void if altered or tampered with. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of Admission Pass and E-Voucher. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Admission Pass and E-Voucher shall be final and conclusive.
16. HKITP reserves the right to determine the retail price of item(s) sold in the Event and the operating hours of its designated Event Venue at its sole and absolute discretion.
17. If Event is cancelled under special circumstances, Member may use the E-Voucher for merchandise purchase in merchandise stores within 30 days from the designated date.
18. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive. In case of disputes, HKITP reserves the right of final decision on the dispute, and otherwise, in respect of the Pass(es) online sales and the merchandise sales. In the event of any conflict of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China ("HKSAR"). The Event is offered and organized in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR only. Guests who choose to purchase the merchandise and/or participate in the Event do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
20. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and each guest participating in the Event. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
