Disney Room & Breakfast Buffet for Two Offer

1. This offer is only available to a guest meeting all of the following criteria (“Eligible Guest”):
   1. is aged 18 or above;
   2. books one of the hotel rooms at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge or Disney’s Hollywood Hotel (each, a “Hotel”) as set out in paragraph 2 below for a one-night hotel stay via the Hong Kong Disneyland website www.hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”) within the following offer periods:
      1. for Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel: between April 29, 2026 and October 9, 2026 ; or
      2. for Disney Explorers Lodge and Disney’s Hollywood Hotel: between April 29, 2026 and December 30, 2026;
   3. checks in within the following periods:
      1. for Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel: between April 30, 2026 and October 10, 2026 (both dates inclusive) with check-out date on or before October 11, 2026; or
      2. for Disney Explorers Lodge and Disney’s Hollywood Hotel: check-in date between April 30, 2026 and December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) with check-out date on or before January 1, 2027; and
   4. is one of the staying guests of the Hotel room.
2. This offer is only applicable to the booking of Standard Room, Deluxe Room or Sea View Room at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel or Disney Explorers Lodge or all Hotel room types in Disney’s Hollywood Hotel.
3. When completing the booking, Eligible Guest is required to provide his/her name, credit card information and other forms of personal data as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) may require. A confirmation email will be issued to the email address provided by the Eligible Guest after the booking is completed.
4. Advance reservation is required to be made at least one day prior to the check-in date.
5. The prevailing room rate for each Hotel room is determined at the time of booking.
6. The “Package Charges” include: (i) the applicable room rate determined based on the check-in and check-out dates, the Hotel and room type selected and the prevailing room rate (subject to availability and any Benefits Limits as such term is defined in the Hotel General Terms and Conditions at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/hotel-general-terms-conditions/ (“Hotel General Terms and Conditions”)); (ii) any Surcharge mentioned in paragraph 8 below; (iii) any additional charge for add-on items; (iv) 10% service charge on charges (i) and (ii); and (v) applicable government tax on charges (i) and (ii).
7. Rooms and reservations are subject to availability and limits on the number, type, value and other features of the rooms allocated for any room, promotion, offer, package or discount in question (collectively, “Benefit Limits”). Guests acknowledge that HKITP may in its sole and absolute discretion determine or change the availability of the rooms, any promotion, offer, package or discount, and/or the Benefit Limits at any time without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.
8. An extra charge of HK$200 per person per night (subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax) applies to the third and fourth guests aged 12 or above staying in the same Hotel room (“Surcharge”). The Surcharge covers only the Hotel accommodation fee for the additional guests, but does not include any buffet breakfast for the additional guests or any other offer components.
9. Subject to paragraph 8 above, each Hotel room can accommodate up to a maximum of four guests. At least one adult must be a staying guest in each Hotel room.
10. Full payment of the Package Charges will be charged for each reservation at the time of booking.
11. The Eligible Guest is required to present his/her identification document for verification upon check-in. If the eligibility requirement for this offer cannot be verified, the prevailing room rate at the time of check-in will be charged.
12. No change of any guest name(s) is allowed under any circumstances.
13. Guests can cancel or amend the reservation at least 3 days prior to Hotel room check-in, except that for check-in dates on May 1 to 4, 2026, June 19 to 20, 2026, September 25 to 27, 2026, October 1 to 6, 2026 and December 20 to 31, 2026, cancellation or amendment has to be made at least 7 days in advance. Package Charges (i), (ii) , (iv) and (v) will be charged in case of any cancellation made after the prescribed period stated in this paragraph or no show. Amendment of reservation is subject to availability and Benefit Limits, and no change is permitted after the prescribed period stated in this paragraph.
14. This offer is not for re-sale, is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other item.
15. This offer is not commissionable.
16. Free room upgrade and free drinks are not applicable to this offer.
17. Upon entry to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”), each Eligible Guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The ticket, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (if applicable). If the Eligible Guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her child’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time#.
    * Examples of personal identification include but are not limited: Hong Kong Identity Card, passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate together with other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).
    #Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the ticket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.
    HKITP may refuse Park admission and/or ticket upgrade to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the ticket cannot be verified by HKITP.
18. This offer does not include admission to the Park. All guests are required to have a valid reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
19. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of, and/or withhold or revoke any benefit in this offer, in each case without compensation, exchange and/or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the benefits under this offer are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
20. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, types, validity, availability and/or block-out dates of any ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.

21. The breakfast must be consumed at the selected restaurant during the selected breakfast session only. Eligible Guest may redeem the breakfast by quoting his/her Hotel room number at the reception of the restaurant. For the avoidance of doubt, this offer only includes two buffet breakfasts for two Hotel staying guests, irrespective of the number of nights of the Hotel stay and the number of staying guests in the Hotel booking.
22. The breakfast is subject to availability of the food and beverage items, capacity, the mode, format, hours and all other aspects of operations of the designated restaurants.
23. HKITP reserves the right to determine, change or adjust the prices of food and beverage items and the menu of each restaurant or location in each case, in its sole and absolute discretion.

24. The Exclusive Privilege for Magic Access Members are only available to valid Magic Access Members who book a Hotel stay at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and Disney Explorers Lodge using this offer via one of the following methods (each an “Eligible Member”):
    1. via the website https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/offers-discounts/room-and-breakfast-buffet-offer designated by HKITP. To enjoy the complimentary room upgrade, Eligible Members are required to contact us at +852 1-830-830 after the reservation is made; or
    2. via the Exclusive Magic Access Hotline for Magic Access Platinum Card Members at +852 1-830-888, by quoting his/her name and Magic Access membership card number.
25. Eligible Member may enjoy the complimentary room upgrade. The complimentary room upgrade is applicable to the following room categories only:
    1. Standard Room to Deluxe Room (applicable to guest staying at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and Disney Explorers Lodge only); or
    2. Sea View Room to Sea View Room with Balcony (applicable to guest staying at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel only).
26. Limited number of rooms is available for this offer. Free Hotel room upgrade is subject to availability.

27. This offer and its components, and the issuance and use of this offer and its respective components and admission to the Hotel, Park or other parts of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) are each subject to (i) the “Offer Highlight” and “Important Details” set out in all relevant pages on the Website; (ii) these terms and conditions, the Hotel General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/; (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Rules and Regulations of the Park and Hotels) which are set out on the Website; and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without compensation, exchange or refund, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort; (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat; (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it; (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it; (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity; and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
28. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or benefit (including without limitation the “Exclusive Hotel Privilege” offer and Cast Member benefits).
29. In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
30. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
31. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
32. This offer is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that the purchase, redemption or use of this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where the purchase, redemption or use of such a offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase, redeem or use this offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
33. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
34. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the guest purchasing this offer. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
