Disney Room & Breakfast Buffet Offer

1. This offer is only available to any guest who:
   1. is aged 18 or above;
   2. books a hotel stay at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge or Disney’s Hollywood Hotel (“Hotel”) during the check-in period August 21, 2024 and June 30, 2025 (both dates inclusive) with check-out date on or before July 1, 2025; and
   3. is one of the staying guests of the Hotel room; 
   (such guest meeting all criteria in (i) to (iii), “Eligible Guest”).
2. When completing the booking, Eligible Guest is required to provide his/her name, credit card information and other forms of personal data as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) may require.
3. This offer is applicable to all hotel room types in Disney’s Hollywood Hotel, or Standard Room, Deluxe Room and Sea View Room in Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel or Disney Explorers Lodge .
4. Advance reservation is required to be made at least one day prior to the check-in date.
5. The prevailing room rate for each Hotel room is determined at the time of booking. 
6. The “Offer Charges” include: (i) the applicable room rate determined based on the check-in and check-out dates, the Hotel and room category selected and the prevailing room rate (subject to availability and any Benefits Limits as such term is defined in the Hotel General Terms and Conditions at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/hotel-general-terms-conditions/ (“Hotel General Terms and Conditions”)); (ii) the breakfast price; (iii) any Surcharge mentioned in Paragraph 7 below; (iv) 10% service charge on charges (i) to (iii); (v) any additional charge for add-on items (“Add-on Charges”) and (vi) applicable government tax on charges (i), (ii), (iii) and (v).
7. An extra charge of HK$200 per person per night (subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax) applies to the third and fourth guests aged 12 or above (“Additional Guests”) staying in the same Hotel room (“Surcharge”). The Surcharge covers only the Hotel accommodation fee for the Additional Guests, but does not include any other offer components.
8. Rooms and reservations are subject to availability and limits on the number, type, value and other features of the rooms allocated for any room, promotion, offer, package or discount in question (collectively, “Benefit Limits”). Guests acknowledge that HKITP may in its sole and absolute discretion determine or change the availability of the rooms, any promotion, offer, package or discount, and/or the Benefit Limits at any time without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.
9. Subject to paragraph 7 above, each Hotel room can accommodate up to a maximum of four guests. At least one adult must be a staying guest in each Hotel room.
10. Full payment of the Offer Charges and any additional charge for add-on items will be charged for each reservation at the time of booking. 
11. Eligible Guest is required to provide information including his/her name and credit card details for deposit upon reservation. 
12. No change of guest name is allowed under any circumstances.
13. Guests can cancel or amend the reservation at least 3 days prior to Hotel room check-in, except for December 20 to 31, 2024, January 29 to February 1, 2025, April 18 to 21, 2025 and May 1 to 4, 2025; in which case cancellation or amendment has to be made at least 7 days in advance.The Offer Charges will be charged in case of any cancellation made after the prescribed period stated in this paragraph or no show. Amendment of reservation is subject to availability and Benefit Limits, and no change is permitted after the prescribed period stated in this paragraph.
14. This offer is not for re-sale, is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other item.
15. This offer is not commissionable.
16. This offer does not include admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”). All guests are required to have valid admission tickets and make Park visit reservations before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
17. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any benefit in this offer, and withhold or revoke any benefit in this offer, in each case without compensation , exchange or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the benefits under this offer are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
18. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity and/or block-out dates of any ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.

Hotel Breakfast Terms and Conditions

19. The breakfast must be consumed at the selected restaurant during the selected breakfast session only. Eligible Guest may redeem the breakfast by quoting his/her Hotel room number at the reception of the restaurant. For the avoidance of doubt, this offer only includes two buffet breakfasts for two Hotel staying guests, irrespective of the number of nights of the Hotel stay and the number of staying guests in the Hotel booking.
20. The breakfast is subject to availability of the food and beverage items, capacity, the mode, format, hours and all other aspects of operations of the designated restaurants. 
21. HKITP reserves the right to determine, change or adjust the prices of food and beverage items and the menu of each restaurant or location in each case, in its sole and absolute discretion.

Exclusive Privilege for Magic Access Members Terms and Conditions

22. The Exclusive Privilege for Magic Access Members are only available to valid Magic Access Members who book a Hotel stay at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and Disney Explorers Lodge using this Offer via one of the following methods (each an “Eligible Member”):
    a) via the website https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/offers-discounts/room-and-breakfast-buffet-offer designated by HKITP. To enjoy the complimentary room upgrade, Eligible Members are required to contact Hong Kong Disneyland Reservation Center at +852 1-830-830 after the reservation is made;
    b) via the Hong Kong Disneyland Reservation Center at +852 1-830-830, by quoting his/her name and Magic Access membership card number; or
    c) via the Magic Access Platinum Hotline at +852 1-830-888, by quoting his/her name and Magic Access membership card number. 
23. Eligible Member may enjoy the complimentary room upgrade. The complimentary room upgrade is applicable to the following room categories only:
    a) Standard Room to Deluxe Room (applicable to guest staying at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and Disney Explorers Lodge only); or
    b) Sea View Room to Sea View Room with Balcony (applicable to guest staying at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel only).
24. Limited number of rooms is available for this Offer. Free Hotel room upgrade is subject to availability.

25. This offer, provisions of rooms, products and services and admission to the Hotel, Park and/or other parts of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) and use of the facilities there are each subject to (i) the “Offer Highlight” and “Important Details” set out in all relevant pages on the Hong Kong Disneyland website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com(“Website”), (ii) these terms and conditions, the Hotel General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions, (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and/or the Hotels Rules and Regulations) which are set out on the Website, and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it, (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it, (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering, experience or activity, and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
26. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or benefit (including without limitation the “Exclusive Hotel Privilege” offer and Cast Member benefits). 
27. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
28. In case of disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
29. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”).
30. This offer is made available in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that purchase, redemption or use of this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where purchase, redemption or use of such a offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase, redeem and/or use this offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
31. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be held to be void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be replaced with terms and conditions that most closely match the intent of HKITP and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
32. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
33. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the Eligible Guest purchasing this offer. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
