To Enter the Park
- Present this Disney eTicket on your mobile device, or have your printed eTicket with QR code ready to present.
- Proceed directly to the Main Entrance turnstile. Simply show the QR code on your Disney eTicket digitally on your mobile device or have it printed out scanned. You will not need to wait in the Ticket Booth Purchase queue.
- Each Ticket must be used by the same Guest. A photo of you will be taken at the turnstile before entry to the Park.
- You will be granted admission to the Park after your valid eTicket has been scanned.
Re-entry into the Park
- eTicket, photo taken, handstamp and/or other personal identification are required upon Park re-entry.

Hong Kong Disneyland may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Park or attractions, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program, due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, security or order or if Hong Kong Disneyland considers that the circumstances so require. Hong Kong Disneyland is not responsible and does not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any Guest, whether such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of Hong Kong Disneyland or otherwise. This eTicket is issued by CTRIP TRAVEL HOLDING (HONG KONG) LIMITED. CTRIP TRAVEL HOLDING (HONG KONG) LIMITED is authorized by Hong Kong Disneyland to sell tickets for admission to the Park. Neither CTRIP TRAVEL HOLDING (HONG KONG) LIMITED nor any of its Intermediary Sellers is an agent of Hong Kong Disneyland and neither CTRIP TRAVEL HOLDING (HONG KONG) LIMITED nor any of its Intermediary Sellers is authorized to assume or create any obligation or responsibility on behalf of Hong Kong Disneyland or to make any representation, warranty, covenant, agreement or commitment on behalf of Hong Kong Disneyland. The tour or travel is being arranged by CTRIP TRAVEL HOLDING (HONG KONG) LIMITED or its Intermediary Seller(s) and Hong Kong Disneyland is not responsible for any arrangements, tours, excursions or transportation prior to entering or after departing the Park.
