   Personal data collected in this form and during your membership may be processed for the issue and process of the Magic Access, sending administrative or promotional information to you (depending on your choice communicated to us), processing your requests or enquiries, enforcing the terms of our commercial dealings, for research and analysis purposes or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you requested or send you the information you require. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law. A list of classes of persons to whom such personal data may be transferred can be found at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/personal-data-transferees. You may update your account profile information at www.hongkongdisneyland.com. You may also request access to, and request correction of, your personal data held by us by sending an email to our Personal Data Manager at personaldata@hongkongdisneyland.com or at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Lantau Island, Hong Kong.

      By indicating your consent in the “Receiving Hong Kong Disneyland Latest News, Promotions and Offers” field and submitting the electronic form, you agree to the use and transfer of your personal data in the manner described in this section, including the transfer of such personal data to the United States and other places outside Hong Kong. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law. A list of classes of persons to whom such personal data may be transferred can be found at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/personal-data-transferees. You agree that we may use your name, contact details, profile information (including place of residence, age and gender), transaction data and other information collected in connection with your membership to select and send you marketing or promotional materials in relation to the following products, services and facilities offered by us, either alone or in conjunction with those in relation to products, services and facilities offered by our affiliates or alliances and other joint promotions with selected airlines, shopping malls, retail (including online) stores, parental/educational portals, telecommunications, transportation and media companies:

      • food and beverage
      • leisure and travel, including holiday package products and services (offered by us or travel agents selling such holiday packages)
      • business, event and catering solutions
      • hotel accommodation and hospitality
      • consumer products and services (including toys, stationery, books and printed items, electronics and peripherals, audio visual products and services, photography products and services, computer software and games, household goods, sporting goods, fashion and apparel, eyewear, accessories, watches and jewelry, bags and travel goods, food and consumables, gift, flowers and hampers, health and beauty products and services, cosmetics, spa products and services, and vouchers, coupons and gift cards)
      • entertainment, sporting and recreation
      • seasonal and special events
      • transportation services
      • education and youth programs
      • reward, loyalty or privileges program offered by us
      • Internet and social media experience and services
      • payment services and methods
      
      We will retain and use your data for these marketing and promotional purposes for a reasonable period following your consent. Without your consent, we will not send you such marketing or promotional materials. You may request us to cease use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Such requests may be made without charge by us by sending to our Personal Data Manager at personaldata@hongkongdisneyland.com or at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Lantau Island, Hong Kong.
       
   2. Other Members’ option to receive Hong Kong Disneyland marketing information 
      
      We would also like to use the personal data of the Other Members for the purposes set out in section 2.a above. By providing the Other Member’s or Other Members’ information in the “Subscribe for other Magic Access Member” section and submitting the electronic form, you confirm that:
      1. you have informed each of the Other Members in writing (for example by showing him/her this form) that you will provide his/her personal data to us so that we may use his/her name, contact details, profile information (including place of residence, age and gender) and other information collected in connection with his/her membership to send marketing or promotional materials in relation to the products, services and facilities stated in section 2.a above;
      2. you have informed each of the Other Members in writing that his/her consent is needed for us to do so;
      3. each of the Other Members has consented in writing to the use of his/her personal data for our marketing or promotional purposes in the manner described in section 2.a above; and
      4. you agree that we may disclose your personal data to the Other Members to process the choice of the Other Members made under this section 2.b.

Provision of information in the mandatory fields is necessary for the processing of your application. If such personal data are not provided, we may not be able to process the relevant member’s requests or enquiries, or provide the required products, services or information to the relevant members. Personal data collected may be transferred to other member of The Walt Disney Family of Companies, third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law. A list of classes of persons to whom such personal data may be transferred can be found at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/personal-data-transferees. By clicking the “Pay Now” button in the electronic form, you agree to the use and transfer of such personal data in the manner described in this statement, including the transfer of such personal data to places outside Hong Kong. You agree that we may use your name, contact details (including email address), profile information (including place of residence, age and gender), transaction data and other information collected in connection with your membership to select and send you marketing or promotional materials (including electronically) in relation to the following products, services and facilities offered by us, either alone or in conjunction with those in relation to products, services and facilities offered by our affiliates or alliances and other joint promotions with selected airline, shopping malls, retail including online stores, parental / educational portals, telecommunications, transportation and media companies:

      We would also like to use the personal data of the Other Members for the purposes set out in section 2.a above. By providing the Other Member’s or Other Members’ information in the “Subscribe for other Magic Access Member” section and submitting the electronic form, you confirm that:
      1. you have informed each of the Other Members in writing (for example by showing him/her this form) that you will provide his/her personal data to us so that we may use his/her name, contact details, profile information (including place of residence, age and gender) and other information collected in connection with his/her membership to send marketing or promotional materials in relation to the products, services and facilities stated in section 2.a above;
      2. you have informed each of the Other Members in writing that his/her consent is needed for us to do so;
      3. each of the Other Members has consented in writing to the use of his/her personal data for our marketing or promotional purposes in the manner described in section 2.a above; and
      4. you agree that we may disclose your personal data to the Other Members to process the application for the Other Members and their choice made under this section 2.b.
