1. Magic Access member may renew his/her membership with this renewal offer on, or up to 60 days before, the last day of the validity period of the original membership. This offer is not applicable to upgrade of membership after it is purchased or renewed. To upgrade such membership, the price difference will be calculated with reference to its purchase price and the prevailing price of the membership selected. If the selected membership is priced lower than the purchase price of the original membership, no refund will be made.
2. Magic Access renewal may be conducted online on the Magic Access Member Site www.hongkongdisneyland.com/magic-access-members/ (the “Member Site”) or in person at the ticket booths at the Main Entrance of Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”). The Magic Access membership price and renewal benefits (if applicable) will be published on the Member Site and determined at time of payment. Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) reserves the right to determine the membership price and renewal benefits at its sole and absolute discretion.
3. New Magic Access issued pursuant to this offer will only be issued in the form of a personalized Magic Access membership card printed with the name and photograph of the Eligible Member holding the expiring Magic Access membership. No change of name will be allowed. No Magic Access Certificate will be issued under this offer.
4. No exchange or refund will be made for Magic Access which are purchased, issued or renewed.
5. This offer is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the “Magic Access Terms and Conditions” which are set out on the Member Site.
6. Magic Access Membership Cards are issued subject to the “Magic Access Terms and Conditions” which are set out in the Member Site and the Rules and Regulations of the Park which are set out in the Website.
7. Except as supplemented by the Personal Information Collection Statement provided during the renewal transaction, Personal data collected upon the purchase or issue of Magic Access will be held, processed and used in accordance with the applicable privacy policy set out in the Website. Copies of HKITP’s privacy policy are also available upon request at any of HKITP’s ticket sales locations.
8. This offer is made in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that participation in this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where participation in such an offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to participate in this offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
9. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
10. In the event of disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
11. HKITP reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to suspend or terminate this offer at any time without any prior notice.
12. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and other language version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
14. These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the person making the purchase with HKITP in the designated sales location(s) (including the Member Site). A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
Personal data collected in connection with or upon the purchase, issue or provision of tickets, tours, other products and services may be used for the processing of requests or enquiries, enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings, sending administrative materials to you, our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law. A list of classes of persons to whom such personal data may be transferred can be found at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/personal-data-transferees.
