1. Only the following persons may be a Participant of the Show:
   1. a Magic Access Member aged 18 or above holding a valid Magic Access Platinum or Gold Membership Card during the period from (and including) the date of registration to (and including) the day on which the Show Session is held may either (i) submit a registration as a Registrant; or (ii) be registered a Guest;
   2. a Magic Access Member aged below 18 holding a valid Magic Access Platinum or Gold Membership Card during the period from (and including) the date of registration to (and including) the day on which the Show Session is held may either (i) have his/her parent or legal guardian submit a registration on behalf of himself/herself and his/her Guest(s); or (ii) be registered a Guest;
   3. children aged below 3 may only be registered as a Guest.
2. Each Registrant may register for up to [four] children aged below 3.
3. HKITP reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants. If HKITP has reasonable grounds to believe that a Participant does not meet the eligibility requirements in, or has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, HKITP may disqualify, suspend or cancel the registration of, or refuse participation in the Show by, the Participant, the Registrant and/or other Guests in the same registration.
   Show Sessions
4. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, each Participant may register for himself/herself one reserved space in the Magic Access Member "A Frozen Concert: From Arendelle and Beyond" on one of the sessions ("Show Session") as HKITP may make available to the Participants for registration.
5. Each Participant aged below 16 must be accompanied by another Participant aged 16 or above who has successfully registered for the same Show Session.
   Eligible Registrations
6. Registrants may register for the Show by visiting https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/magic-access-members/ ("Site") and submit the requested information in accordance with the instructions therein.
7. By registering for a Guest, the Registrant represents and warrants that he/she has obtained the consent and agreement of such Guest (a) for the Registrant to submit registration for the Show on the Guest's behalf; (b) for the collection and use of his/her personal information; and (c) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the Guest is aged below 18, the Registrant further represent and warrant that he/she is either the parent or legal guardian of such Guest, or he/she has obtained the consent from the parent or legal guardian of such Guest for the matters set out in paragraphs 7(a) to 7(c) above. Registrants must not register for any Guest or submit information of such Guest without the Guest's consent. Registrant shall obtain, and HKITP is not responsible for obtaining the Guest's consent.
8. Each Registrant may register for the Show only once, for himself/herself and together with a maximum of three Guests who each hold a valid Magic Access Platinum or Gold Membership Card during the period from (and including) the date of registration to (and including) the day on which the Show will be held or [four] children aged below 3. A Registrant may register for himself/herself without any Guest.
9. If the Registrant does not attend the Show Session (as a result of reasons described in paragraphs 11, 12 or 13 below, or for any other reason) HKITP may disqualify the Guest in the same registration submitted by such Registrant from the Show. Registrants can attend the Show Session without the Guest.
10. Registration is on a first come first served basis and is subject to availability.
11. For each Participant aged below 18, a true and accurate e-mail address of such person's parent or guardian (as the case may be) must be submitted. HKITP will send an e-mail to such e-mail address confirming the parent's or guardian's permission for the relevant registration in the Show. HKITP reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Show if objection from his/her parent or guardian is received.
12. Registration for the Show (including any change of information submitted in the registration) must be completed on or before 11:59 PM on May 13, 2021 (Hong Kong time) for Show Sessions on May 15 and 16, 2021; and on or before 11:59 PM on May 20, 2021 (Hong Kong time) for Show Sessions on May 22 and 23, 2021; and on or before 11:59 PM on May 27, 2021 (Hong Kong time) for Show Sessions on May 29 and 30, 2021. HKITP reserves the right to disqualify any late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, lost, illegible or invalid registrations.
13. Notice will be sent to each Registrant to the email address provided during registration on the Site. If any Registrant or his/her Guest (a) fails to receive the notice as a result of his/her failure to provide his/her correct contact information, (b) does not attend the Show, or (c) fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions in the notice, the Show may be forfeited by HKITP.
14. Neither HKITP nor any of its affiliates shall be responsible for any failure to notify any Participants, whether such failure is caused by HKITP's or any of its affiliates' negligence or otherwise.
15. Except as otherwise specifically amended by these Terms and Conditions, participation in the Show shall be governed by the Terms of Use applicable to the Site.
16. A Registrant who has registered for a particular Show Session and subsequently wishes to change for a different date must cancel the original registration first and re-register for the new Show Session. Once the registration is cancelled, it cannot be retrieved or resumed.
    Show Admission
17. Participants are required to present his/her valid Magic Access Platinum or Gold Membership Card storing a valid record of the Participants' registration for the Show Session and such personal identification as HKITP may require. HKITP may refuse admission to the Show Session if the Participant fails to present his/her eligible Magic Access Membership Card in person or if there is no valid record of the Participant's registration in the Magic Access Membership Card presented.
18. The Registrant must accompany his/her Guest(s) at the time of admission to the Park, admission to the Show Session and at all times throughout the Show Session.
19. The Show Session registration only admits the Participant named in the registration and is not for sale, and is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable either in whole or in part, for cash, or any other items.
20. Any souvenirs given in this Show are not for resale and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other souvenirs.
    Admission to the Park
21. Admission to the Park requires advance reservation. By registering for this Show, each of the Participants represents and warrants that he/she has read and agrees to the Park Visit Reservation Terms and Conditions available at http://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/magic-access-members/public/page/6c90eca0ff534b9492c289051739b8a3, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. If any Participant in a registration has fever or respiratory symptoms or any statement in the relevant terms and conditions is or becomes untrue at any time before or during his/her visit to the Park, HKITP reserves the right to refuse Park admission by the Participant or to require such Participant already admitted to leave the Park without refund or compensation.
22. Admission to the Park is subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Park which are set out in the website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Park or attractions, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
    Other Terms
23. All expenses not specifically provided for in these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to transportation to the Park, admission tickets, food and beverages, gratuities, insurance, parking, room service, merchandise, service charges and telephone calls, are the Participant's sole responsibility.
24. Participants understand and agree that HKITP may make photographs, videotapes, audio and/or other multimedia recordings (collectively, "Materials") of the Participants during their participation in the Show, and the participants agree that the Materials shall be the sole property of the Company and may be used, reproduced and/or retained for any purpose and in any manner, medium and format without incurring any liability to the Participants or any person (including the requirement to pay any compensation in respect of such use of the Materials). Participants further agree to waive, unconditionally, irrevocably, and without further payment, all moral rights and author's rights of a similar kind in relation to the Materials.
    Liabilities
25. Each Participant fully indemnifies HKITP, its affiliates, and the directors, officers or employees of each, against all actions, losses, claims, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature arising directly or indirectly from any breach of any representation or warranty or any Terms or Conditions contained herein.
26. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HKITP shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage (whether caused by the negligence of HKITP or otherwise) or any personal injury or death arising (whether directly or indirectly) from or in connection with the Show including, but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill, any loss or damage arising from any failure to receive or process any registration; any computer, telecommunications or equipment failure or malfunction; any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by any third party; or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the postal system even if HKITP has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
    Miscellaneous
27. By submitting or agreeing to the submission of a registration for the Show, each Registrant represents that he/she has read and understood and agrees to comply with, and procure his/her Guests to comply with, these Terms and Conditions.
28. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("HKSAR").
29. The Show is organized in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR only. Those who choose to participate in the Show do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
30. In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions and all other matters relating to a registration or the Show, the decision of HKITP shall be final. HKITP's interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be final and conclusive.
31. In the event any conflict arises between the English version and any version in any other language into which these Terms and Conditions have been translated, the English language version shall prevail.
32. These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and each Participant respectively. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.

All personal data collected in connection with the Show may be used for all purposes in connection with the Show including, without limitation, the processing of the Participants' enquiries regarding Participants' participation in the Show and any arrangement in connection with the Show; enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings; sending administrative materials to Participants; our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes, the detection, prevention and control of disease, in the furtherance of public health and safety, and for capacity control or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If a Participant does not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide Participant with the products or services requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law, including without limitation authorities and government departments which require such information for administration of public health. A list of classes of persons to whom such personal data may be transferred can be found at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/privacy-legal/. By participating in the Show, each Participant consents to the use and transfer of Participant's personal data set out in this statement.
