Magic Access Platinum Member Privilege - 20th Anniversary Party Preview Sharing Session- Terms & Conditions
The Magic Access Platinum Member Privilege - 20th Anniversary Party Preview Sharing Session ("Event") to be held at the Hong Kong Disneyland Park ("Park") are offered by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Lantau Island, Hong Kong ("HKITP").

In these terms and conditions, each person submitting a registration for the Event is referred to as "Registrant"; each guest of the Registrant for whom a Registration is submitted is referred to as "Guest"; and the Registrants and the Guests are collectively referred to as "Participants" and each a "Participant".

Registrants; Participants
  1. Only person who meets all of the following criteria may be a Registrant of the Event:
    1. is aged 18 or above;
    2. is a Magic Access Platinum member holding a valid Magic Access Platinum Personalised Membership Card during the period from (and including) the date of registration to (and including) the Selected Date/Session (as defined below) may submit a registration for himself/herself; and
    3. holds a valid MyDisney HK account registered under his/her name and has his/her Magic Access Platinum Personalised Membership Card associated with such MyDisney HK account at the time of registration.
  2. Only the following persons may be registered as a Participant of the Event by a Registrant:
    1. a Magic Access Member aged 18 or above holding a valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card during the period from (and including) the date of registration to (and including) the Selected Date/Session;
    2. a Magic Access Member aged below 18 ("Minor") holding a valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card during the period from (and including) the date of registration to (and including) the Selected Date/Session, who has his/her parent's or legal guardian's permission to participate in the Event and whose Event registration is submitted by his/her parent or legal guardian;
    3. a child aged below 3, who has his/her parent's or legal guardian's permission to be registered and participate in the Event.
  3. Each Registrant may register for up to four child aged below 3 under paragraph 2(c) above. Subject to these terms and conditions, such child/children may participate in the Event free of charge.
  4. HKITP reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Registrant and all other Participants. If HKITP has reasonable grounds to believe that a Participant does not meet the eligibility requirements in, or has breached any of these terms and conditions, HKITP may disqualify, suspend or cancel the registration of, or refuse participation in the Event by, the Registrant, the Participant and/or other Guests in the same registration.

Event Packages
  1. For each Participant (except for Participant referred to in paragraph 2(c) above) to participate in the Event, a Registrant is required to purchase either type of the following packages for himself/herself and up to three Participants for the same Event date and show session, and if applicable, Buffet session (such selected date or session(s), "Selected Date/Session"):
    1. Magic Access Platinum Member Privilege: 20th Anniversary Party Preview Sharing Session Entry Pass Package ("Event Package"), which consists of the following valid for the Selected Date/Session only:
      1. one Event entry pass on the Selected Date; and
      2. one-time admission to the Selected Session of the 20th Anniversary Creative Reveal ("Show") on the Selected Date;
    2. Magic Access Platinum Member Privilege: 20th Anniversary Party Preview Sharing Session and Tasting Menu Entry Pass Package ("Event and Dining Package"), which consists of the following valid for the Selected Date/Session only:
      1. one Event entry pass on the Selected Date;
      2. one-time admission to the Selected Session of the Show on the Selected Date; and
      3. one-time admission to the Selected Session of the 20th Anniversary Party Preview Tasting Menu Lunch Buffet at the Explorer's Club Restaurant ("Buffet") on the Selected Date.
  2. Admission to the Park on the Selected Date/Session may be subject to block-out dates applicable to the membership tier of the Guest. To be admitted to the Event, Guests are required to have valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card and Park visit reservation for the validity date of the Pass. Park visit reservations are subject to limited quota.
  3. Throughout the Event and the Show (and if applicable, the Buffet), each Participant aged below 16 must be accompanied by another Participant aged 16 or above who has successfully registered for the same Selected Date/Session.
  4. Spaces at and registration for each package, Event date, Show session and Buffet session are limited and subject to quota and availability.

Registration
  1. During the period from now till 11:59 PM on April 16, 2025 (Hong Kong time), a Registrant may purchase one of the Event packages and register for the Event and the Show (and if applicable, the Buffet) at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/magic-access-members/ ("Site") in accordance with the instructions therein, including without limitation, (i) selecting the preferred Event date and Show session (and if applicable, Buffet session); (ii) providing the number of Guest(s); (iii) providing the name, valid Magic Access membership card number, email address of the Registrant, credit card/payment information and other types of personal data as HKITP may require and (iv) completing the relevant purchase transaction. The Registrant must sign in to his/her MyDisney HK Account before making the relevant transaction and remain signed in to his/her MyDisney HK Account when the transaction completes.
  2. By registering for a Guest, the Registrant represents and warrants that he/she has obtained the consent and agreement of such Guest (a) for the Registrant to submit registration for the Event and the Show (and if applicable, the Buffet) on the Guest's behalf; (b) for the collection and use of his/her personal information; and (c) to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the Guest is a Minor, the Registrant further represents and warrants that he/she is either the parent or legal guardian of such Guest and agrees to the matters set out in paragraphs 10(a) to 10(c) above. Registrants must not register for any Guest or submit information of such Guest without consent from the Guest (or for a Minor, consent from his/her parent or legal guardian). Registrant shall obtain, and HKITP is not responsible for obtaining all consent required to submit the registration.
  3. Each Registrant may register for the Event and the Show (and if applicable, the Buffet) only once, for (a) himself/herself; (b) up to three Participants each holding a valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card during the period from (and including) the date of registration to (and including) the Selected Date/Session; and (c) up to four child aged below 3. A Registrant may register for himself/herself without any Guest.
  4. If the Registrant does not attend the Selected Date/Session (as a result of reasons described in paragraphs 13, 14 or 15 below, or for any other reason) HKITP may disqualify his/her Guest(s) from the Event. Registrants can attend the Selected Date/Session without any Guest.
  5. In respect of registration submitted for any Minor, HKITP reserves the right to disqualify, suspend or cancel the registration of, or refuse participation in the Event by the Minor if HKITP receives any request purportedly given by his/her parent or legal guardian to cancel or refuse the Minor's registration or participation.
  6. Purchase and registration for the Selected Date/Session must be completed on or before 11:59 PM on April 16, 2025 (Hong Kong time). HKITP reserves the right to disqualify any late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, lost, illegible or invalid registrations.
  7. Notice will be sent to each Registrant to the email address provided during registration on the Site. If any Registrant or his/her Guest(s) (a) fails to provide his/her correct contact information, (b) does not attend the Event, Show or Buffet, or (c) fails to comply with these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions in the notice, HKITP may disqualify the registration and forfeit or re-allocate the relevant quota as it sees fit.
  8. Neither HKITP nor any of its affiliates shall be responsible for any failure to notify any Participants, whether such failure is caused by HKITP's or any of its affiliates' negligence or otherwise.
  9. Except as otherwise specifically amended by these terms and conditions, use of the Site, and registration for and participation in the Event shall be governed by the Terms of Use applicable to the Site.
  10. Event packages and registrations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Registrants may not cancel the package or amend the Selected Date/Session after the registration is made. If a Registrant who has registered for the Selected Date/Session subsequently wishes to change for a different date or session, he/she must purchase new packages for the new date and/or session(s), subject to availability and limited quota.
  11. Registration for the Selected Date/Session and the Show (and if applicable, the Buffet) and the Event entry pass only admit the Registrant named in the registration and his/her accompanying Participants on the registered Selected Date/Session and is not for sale, and is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable either in whole or in part, for cash, or any other items.

Admission to the Event
  1. Registrant is required to arrive at the main entrance of the Park on the Selected Date together with his/her Guests for Park admission for one-time only. Each Participant is required to present (i) his/her valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card printed with his/her name and photo and such photo identification as HKITP may require and (ii) the Event entry pass in printed copy or in electronic copy on his/her personal mobile device for scanning the QR code on the Event entry pass.
  2. HKITP may refuse admission to the Event if the Participant fails to present his/her eligible Magic Access Personalised Membership Card and Event entry pass in person or if in HKITP's determination the identity or eligibility of the Participant cannot be verified.

Admission to the Show
  1. Registrant is required to arrive at the entrance of Disney's Storybook Theater at least 25 minutes before the selected Show session together with his/her Guests for admission to the Show on the Event Date. Each Participant is required to present (i) his/her valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card printed with his/her name and photo and such photo identification as HKITP may require and (ii) the Event entry pass in printed copy or in electronic copy on his/her personal mobile device for scanning the QR code on the Event entry pass. Late entry may not be allowed.
  2. HKITP may refuse admission to the Show if the Participant fails to present his/her eligible Magic Access Personalised Membership Card and Event entry pass in person or if in HKITP's determination the identity or eligibility of the Participant cannot be verified.
  3. Free seating of the Show is available on a first come first served basis.
  4. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the time of the Show session, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of the Show or the Show session, and/or (iii) any other aspect of the Show or the Show session, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, exchange, refund or compensation.

Redemption of the Buffet
  1. Registrant is required to arrive at the Explorer's Club Restaurant at least 15 minutes before the selected dining session together with his/her Guests. Each Participant is required to present (i) his/her valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card printed with his/her name and photo and such photo identification as HKITP may require and (ii) and the Event entry pass in printed copy or in electronic copy on his/her personal mobile device at the entrance of the restaurant for scanning the QR code on the Event entry pass.
  2. HKITP reserves the right to assign or change table and seating arrangements, including the use of outdoor dining area. Participants may share a table with other Guests.
  3. The Event entry pass is only valid for use on the date and timeslot as shown on the confirmation email storing the Event entry pass.
  4. Each Event entry pass may redeem one lunch buffet for one Participant only.
  5. Redemption of food and beverage items are subject to availability at and operations of the restaurant.
  6. Each additional purchase at the restaurant will be subject to availability and HKITP's operations and charged at the published price with 10% service charge.
  7. HKITP reserves the right to determine, change or adjust the prices of the food and beverage items and the operating hours of the restaurant, in each case, in its sole and absolute discretion.
  8. Each Participant may receive one HK$100 dining coupon at the Explorer's Club Restaurant ("Dining Coupon") after redeeming the Buffet on the Event Date. The Dining Coupon is only valid for use from May 5, 2025 to June 30, 2025 (both dates inclusive) and may not be used on the Event Date. Use of the Dining Coupon is subject to the terms and conditions printed on the Dining Coupon.

Gift Pack
  1. One gift pack ("Gift Pack") will be given for each successful registration, regardless of the number of Participants in the registration.
  2. For successful registration before April 4, 2025 11:59 PM (Hong Kong time), Gift Pack will be sent via post to the mailing address provided by the Registrant during the registration. No Gift Pack will be sent to any address outside of Hong Kong. HKITP is not responsible for the accuracy of the mailing address or the successful or timely delivery of the Gift Pack.
  3. For successful registration from April 5, 2025 00:00 (Hong Kong time) onwards, Registrants may redeem Gift Pack in person at Magic Access Member Service Center in the Park by presenting his/her valid Magic Access Platinum Personalised Membership Card during the period from April 18, 2025 to April 25, 2025.
  4. Gift Pack not redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions will be forfeited without compensation, exchange or refund.
  5. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change the availability, content or redemption arrangement of Gift Pack at any time in its sole discretion.
  6. Gift Pack, its components and any other souvenirs given in this Event are not for resale and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other souvenirs.

Admission to the Park
  1. Admission to the Park requires advance reservation. By registering for the Event, each of the Participants represents and warrants that he/she has read and agrees to the Park Visit Reservation Terms and Conditions available at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/static/resources/html/reservation/park-visit/terms-and-conditions/index.html, which are incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference.
  2. Admission to the Park and use of the facilities there are each subject to (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) the "General Terms and Conditions" available at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/; (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations) set out on www.hongkongdisneyland.com; and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Park, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Park or any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Park or any part of it, (d) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Park or any part of it, (e) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and/or (f) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  3. Each Participant agrees to follow and comply with the Park Rules and Regulations, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, directions and orders of any governmental or regulatory authority throughout the Event, including, without limitation, the arrangements made by HKITP (collectively, "Laws and Regulations"). HKITP reserves the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Park, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of the Laws and Regulations.

Event Cancellation Under Inclement Weather Condition
  1. The following terms apply to Participants of an Event Package if the Event is cancelled on the Selected Date of the Event Package:
    1. Each Participant in the Event Package may redeem a one-time discount of HK$199 on any single merchandise purchase transaction at any merchandise store in the Park from the Selected Date until May 31, 2025.
    2. To redeem the shopping credit, Participant must present his/her Event entry pass in person in printed copy or in electronic copy on his/her personal mobile device at the time of payment of the merchandise purchase.
    3. The shopping credit is not applicable to the purchase of Disney Collectible Medallion, photos, photography service, PANDORA Jewelry, CHOW TAI FOOK jewelries, co-branded merchandise (e.g. LEGO® items, FUJIFILM items and Starbucks® items, Wooderful Life etc.), non-Disney items (e.g. convenience items, drugs), media products, Magical Goodie Bags, personalized services, spending at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, merchandise reserved, ordered or purchased online or outside the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Magic Prize and other selected items which HKITP may from time to time specify.
  2. The following terms apply to Participants in an Event and Dining Package if the Event is cancelled on the Selected Date of the Event and Dining Package:
    1. Each Participant in the Event and Dining Package may redeem one "Explorer's Semi-Buffet Dinner at Explorer's Club Restaurant and Admission to "Momentous" Special Viewing Area Package" ("Package") from the Selected Date until May 31, 2025.
    2. Use of the Package is subject to availability, the Park's operations and the terms and conditions of the Package available at [https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/offers-discounts/momentous-explorers-club-restaurant-semi-buffet/details/].
    3. To redeem the Explorer's Semi-Buffet Dinner, Participant is required to present his/her Event entry pass in printed copy or in electronic copy on his/her personal mobile device at the entrance of the Explorer's Club Restaurant for scanning the QR code on the Event entry pass.
    4. Guest may be arranged to use outdoor dining area.
    5. Redemption of food and beverage items is subject to availability of such food and beverage items at the restaurant.
    6. Each additional purchase at the restaurant will be charged at the published rate with 10% service charge.
    7. To enter the Reserved viewing Area of the show, Participant is required to redeem his/her "Momentous" wristband at the Explorer's Club Restaurant on the same day of consuming the Explorer's Semi-buffet Dinner before the time of show.
    8. To redeem the "Momentous" wristband, Participant is required to present his/her Event entry pass in printed copy or in electronic copy on his/her personal mobile device at the entrance of Explorer's Club Restaurant for scanning the QR code on the Event entry pass.
    9. Participant is required to wear the "Momentous" wristband and arrive the reserved viewing area 20 minutes before the time of the show.
  3. Each benefit provided under paragraph 43 or 44 may be used once only.
  4. Any benefit not used on or before May 31, 2025 in accordance with these terms and conditions will be void without compensation, exchange or refund.
  5. No compensation, exchange or refund will be made for any Package or Package component purchased by the Participant or any other person.
  6. Benefits provided under paragraph 43 or 44 may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
  7. Redemption of benefits provided under paragraph 43 or 44 is subject to availability, the Park's operations and the terms and conditions applicable to the benefit in question.
  8. HKITP reserves the right to determine, change or adjust the following aspects of each redemption location in its sole and absolute discretion: (a) the prices of items sold at the redemption location; (b) the menu; (c) the mode of operation, including but not limited to, the operating hours, (d) the capacity, and (e) the number and eligibility of persons to be admitted. Guests may refer to www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ for the latest operating hours of the redemption locations.

Other Terms
  1. Event entry passes are only valid for use on the Selected Date/Session specified on the relevant admission media. Admission media not used on the Selected Date /Session specified will be void without compensation, exchange or refund.
  2. Incomplete, damaged or altered Event entry passes will be void. Lost Event entry passes will not be re-issued.
  3. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the use of Event entry pass or revoke any benefit under this Event, the package, in each case, without refund, exchange or compensation if in its sole judgment (i) the package is used for commercial or other unauthorized purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  4. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) change the prices, validity or venue of any product, service, event, offer, discount or promotion; (iii) change any block-out date; and (iv) terminate or suspend the availability of any product, service, event, offer, discount or promotion in whole or in part, in each case, at any time and from time to time without any prior notice.
  5. All expenses not specifically provided for in these terms and conditions including but not limited to transportation to the Park, admission tickets, food and beverages, gratuities, insurance, parking, room service, merchandise, service charges and telephone calls, are the Participant's sole responsibility.
  6. Photography and audio, video and other multimedia recordings may take place at the Event. By attending the Event, each Participants agrees (for himself/herself and on behalf of each of his/her Guests) that HKITP, its affiliates, and/or their respective contractors and representatives may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce his/her image and/or voice, and use such photographs, films, videotapes, recordings or reproductions throughout the world for any purpose in any medium without any payment or compensation to any person.
  7. HKITP reserves the right to delay, suspend or cancel the Event, the Show and any ancillary entertainment activities and facilities without compensation in case of inclement weather as determined by HKITP in its sole judgment, and without obligation to reschedule the Event or the Show.

Liabilities
  1. Each Participant fully indemnifies HKITP, its affiliates, and the directors, officers or employees of each, against all actions, losses, claims, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature arising directly or indirectly from any breach of any representation or warranty or any terms or conditions contained herein.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HKITP shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage (whether caused by the negligence of HKITP or otherwise) or any personal injury or death arising (whether directly or indirectly) from or in connection with the Event including, but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill, any loss or damage arising from any failure to receive or process any registration; any computer, telecommunications or equipment failure or malfunction; any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by any third party; or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the postal system even if HKITP has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Miscellaneous
  1. By submitting or agreeing to the submission of a registration, each Registrant represents that he/she has read and understood and agrees to comply with, and procure his/her Guests to comply with, these terms and conditions.
  2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("HKSAR").
  3. The Event is organized in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR only. Those who choose to participate in the Event do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
  4. In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions and all other matters relating to a registration or the Event, the decision of HKITP shall be final. HKITP's interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be final and conclusive.
  5. In the event any conflict arises between the English version and any version in any other language into which these terms and conditions have been translated, the English language version shall prevail.
  6. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and each Participant respectively. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.

Personal Data Collection Statement
All personal data collected in connection with the Event may be used for all purposes in connection with the Event including, without limitation, the processing of the Participants' enquiries regarding Participants' participation in the Event and any arrangement in connection with the Event; enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings; sending administrative materials to Participants; our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes, the detection, prevention and control of disease, in the furtherance of public health and safety, and for capacity control or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If a Participant does not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide Participant with the products or services requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law, including without limitation authorities and government departments which require such information for administration of public health. A list of classes of persons to whom such personal data may be transferred can be found at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/privacy-legal/. By participating in the Event, each Participant consents to the use and transfer of Participant's personal data set out in this statement. Questions about this statement and requests for access to or correction of personal data held by us shall be made by sending an e-mail to our Personal Data Manager at personaldata@hongkongdisneyland.com.
