Travel Industry Salute Annual Hotel Offer

Important Details:
  1. The offer is only available to any Guest who:
    1. is aged 18 or above;
    2. is an existing employees of worldwide Airlines, Hotels, Cruise Lines, Travel Agencies, Governmental Tourism Bodies and holders of valid Tourist Guide Passes issued by the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong. Individuals should check with their own associations, organizations or companies to verify if they are eligible for this offer;
    3. books a room at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel or Disney Explorers Lodge (each the “Hotel”) during the period from May 19, 2022 to December 27, 2022 (“Offer Period”) for a hotel stay;
    4. checks in between the following periods:
      1. Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel: May 22, 2022 and December 30, 2022 (both dates inclusive except the block-out dates of December 24 to 26, 2022) with check-out date on or before December 31, 2022;
      2. Disney Explorers Lodge: selected dates (such dates as published from time to time on https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”) between May 22, 2022 and December 30, 2022 (both dates inclusive except the block-out dates of December 24 to 26, 2022) with check-out date on or before December 31, 2022; and
    5. is one of the staying Guests of the Hotel room.
    (such guest meeting all criteria in (i) to (v), “Eligible Guest”).
  2. Eligible Guests may book this offer from the website (the “Website”) designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) or via Disney Reservation Center at +852 1-830-830 during the Offer Period. In completing the reservation, each Eligible Guest is required to provide (i) his/her name, credit card information and other forms of personal data as HKITP may require; and (ii) the promotion code specified on the electronic marketing message disseminated by the Eligible Guest’s associations, organizations or companies in connection with this offer (the “Promotion Code”).
  3. The Eligible Guest is required to present his/her valid staff ID card, business card or company letter and personal photo identification for verification upon check-in. For the holders of valid Tourist Guide Passes issued by the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong, they are required to present his/her valid Tour Guide Pass and personal photo identification for verification upon check-in. If the eligibility requirement for this offer cannot be verified, the prevailing room rate at the time of check-in will be charged.
  4. The offer applies to all Hotel room types except, Adventurers Suite of Disney Explorers Lodge; Roy O. Disney Suite and Walt Disney Suite of Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel.
  5. Advance booking is required at least three (3) days prior to the check-in date.
  6. The prevailing room rate for each Hotel is determined at the time of booking.
  7. The “Total Charges” include: (i) the applicable room rate determined based on the check-in and check-out dates, the Hotel and designated room category and the prevailing room rate (subject to availability and any Benefits Limits as such term is defined in the Hotel General Terms and Conditions at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/hotel-general-terms-conditions/(“Hotel General Terms and Conditions”); (ii) any Surcharge mentioned in Paragraph 8 below; (iii) 10% service charge on charges (i) and (ii); and (iv) any additional charge for add-on items (“Add-on Charges”).
  8. An extra charge of HK$200 per person per night (subject to 10% service charge) applies to the third and fourth Guests aged 12 or above (“Additional Guests”) staying in the same Hotel room (“Surcharge”).
  9. Subject to Paragraph 8 above, each Hotel room can accommodate up to a maximum of four (4) Guests. At least one (1) adult must be a staying Guest in each Hotel room.
  10. Full payment of the Total Charges will be charged for each reservation at the time of booking.
  11. Eligible Guest is required to provide information including his/her name and credit card details for deposit upon reservation. No change of Guest name is allowed under any circumstances
  12. Each Eligible Guest is entitled to reserve a maximum of one (1) room within the same check-in and check-out dates.
  13. Eligible Guest may cancel or amend the reservation at least 3 days prior to the check-in-date, except for July 22 to August 20, 2022 and December 22 to 31, 2022; in which case cancellation or amendment has to be made at least 7 days in advance. The first night of the Hotel stay together with Total Charges (ii) and (iii) will be charged in case of any cancellation made after the prescribed period stated in this paragraph or in case of no show. Amendment of reservation is subject to availability and Benefit Limits (as defined in the Hotel General Terms and Conditions), and no change is permitted after prescribed period stated in this paragraph.
  14. This offer is not commissionable.
  15. This offer is subject to all the terms and conditions set out in the related “Offer Highlights” page, the Hotel General Terms and Conditions, and to other restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice.
Other Offer Terms and Conditions
  1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or benefit (including without limitation the “Exclusive Hotel Privilege” offer, Cast Member benefits and Magic Access Member benefits).
  2. In the event of disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
  3. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  4. HKITP reserves the rights to (i) amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions; (ii) change any block-out date and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
  5. This offer is made in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. HKITP makes no representation that participation in this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where participation in such an offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to participate in this offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
  6. These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the Eligible Guest purchasing this offer. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.

Important Details – Ticket Offer
  1. This offer is only available to the employees of worldwide Airlines, Hotels, Cruise Lines, Travel Agencies, Governmental Tourism Bodies and holders of valid Tourist Guide Passes issued by the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong (such guests, “Eligible Guests”). Guests should check with their own associations, organizations or companies to verify if they are eligible for this offer.
  2. This offer is only available to Eligible Guests purchasing Offer Ticket(s) (as defined below) on the website (the “Website”) designated by HKITP and at the Ticket Booths at the Main Entrance of the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (the “Park”) from May 19, 2022 to December 31, 2022 (the “Offer Period”).
  3. Under this offer, an Eligible Guest may use his/her Promotion Code (as defined below) to purchase the following admission tickets to the Park at such discounted price during the Offer Period:
    1. “1-Day Offer Tickets”
      1. 1-Day General Admission Ticket (Regular Day); and/or
        1-Day Child Ticket (Regular Day) (“Regular Day Offer Tickets”);
      2. 1-Day General Admission Ticket (Peak Day); and/or
        1-Day Child Ticket (Peak Day) (“Peak Day Offer Tickets”);
      3. 1-Day General Admission Ticket (Peak Plus Day); and/or
        1-Day Child Ticket (Peak Plus Day) (“Peak Plus Day Offer Tickets”);
    2. “2-Day Offer Tickets”
      1. 2-Day General Admission Tickets; and/or
        2-Day Child Tickets
    (each and collectively, the “Offer Ticket(s)”).
  4. When completing the purchase on the Website, the Eligible Guest is required to provide (i) the promotion code as it appears on the electronic marketing message disseminated in connection with this offer (the “Promotion Code”); and (ii) his/her name, credit card information and other forms of personal data as HKITP may require.
  5. To purchase the Offer Ticket(s) at specified discounts at the Ticket Booths at the Main Entrance of the Park during the Offer Period, Eligible Guests are required to provide the followings at the time of purchase for verification purpose:
    1. his/her valid staff ID card, business card or company letter and personal photo identification; and
    2. his/her photo identification.
  6. Each Eligible Guest may only purchase the Offer Tickets no more than five (5) times on the Website by using his/her Promotion Code or at the Ticket Booths at the Main Entrance of the Park in person during the Offer Period. Only four (4) Offer Tickets may be purchased in each transaction. Each Eligible Guest may enjoy this offer once per day only.
  7. HKITP may refuse to accept any purchase on the Website, any Offer Ticket if the limit set out in paragraph 6 above has been exceeded.
  8. The discounted prices may subject to change based on the prevailing marquee prices as determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice.
  9. This offer is not applicable to Senior Tickets.
  10. Offer Tickets may only be used by family members or friends of the Eligible Guest purchasing the Offer Tickets (each a “Guest”).
  11. The Eligible Guest and each of his/her Guests using the Offer Ticket must enter the Park at the same time and present the following at the Main Entrance turnstile of the Park in person for verification purpose:
    1. Eligible Guest (for employees of worldwide Airlines, Hotels, Cruise Lines, Travel Agencies, Governmental Tourism Bodies):
      1. his/her valid staff ID card, business card or company letter and personal photo identification;
      2. his/her credit card used for purchasing the Offer Tickets; and
      3. his/her Offer Ticket.
    2. Eligible Guest (For the holders of valid Tourist Guide Passes issued by the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong):
      1. his/her valid Tour Guide Pass and personal photo identification;
      2. his/her credit card used for purchasing the Offer Tickets; and
      3. his/her Offer Ticket.
    3. Guest using the Offer Ticket:
      1. his/her Offer Ticket.
  12. HKITP may refuse to accept any Offer Ticket if in HKITP’s determination the identity of the person using the Offer Ticket cannot be verified.
  13. Promotion Code may only be used by the Eligible Guest to whom it is issued. Duplicate, used or incomplete Promotion Code will not be accepted. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Promotion Code. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of the Promotion Code shall be final and conclusive.
  14. Offer Tickets must be used during their applicable validity period set out below (“Validity Period”):
    1. Each Regular Day Offer Ticket is valid for one visit to the Park by one Eligible Guest or Guest on any Regular Day within three (3) months from the date of purchase;
    2. Each Peak Day Offer Ticket is valid for one visit to the Park by one Eligible Guest or Guest on any Regular Day or Peak Day within three (3) months from the date of purchase
    3. Each Peak Plus Day Offer Ticket is valid for one visit to the Park by one Eligible Guest or Guest on any Park’s operating day (Regular Day, Peak Day or Peak Plus Day) within three (3) months from the date of purchase; and
    4. Each 2-Day Offer Ticket is valid for two visits to the Park by one Eligible Guest or Guest, the first Park visit must be within three (3) months from the date of purchase; and the second visit must be made within 6 days after the first visit.
  15. Each Offer Ticket must be used by the same Eligible Guest or Guest during its Validity Period. Offer Tickets not used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be void without exchange, refund or compensation.
  16. Upon entry to the Park, Eligible Guest or Guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The ticket, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (if applicable). If Eligible Guest or Guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her children’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time#.
    *Examples of personal identification include but are not limited to: Hong Kong Identity Card, passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate and other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).
    #Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant Eligible Guest or Guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the Offer Ticket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.
  17. HKITP may refuse Park admission and/or ticket upgrade to any Eligible Guest or Guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the ticket cannot be verified by HKITP.
  18. Offer Tickets are not for re-sale, are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other item, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
  19. Eligible Guests who have already purchased Magic Access Membership Card (“Magic Access”) or any other tickets, vouchers or other products will not be entitled to any exchange or refund under this offer.
  20. All guests are required to make reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
  21. As required by law, except exempted persons, all guests shall use the “LeaveHomeSafe” app and fulfill the “Vaccine Pass” vaccination requirement upon entering designated premises including the Park and restaurants for dine-in. Guests with a “Red Code” or an “Amber Code” are not allowed to enter the aforesaid designated premises.   22. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) change the prices and validity for any tickets, tours, offers, promotions; (iii) designate or change any block-out dates and (iv) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
Offer Ticket Upgrade Terms and Conditions
  1. On the visit day only, an Eligible Guest may or a Guest using a 1-Day Offer Ticket may, before admission to the Park, upgrade his/her unused Offer Ticket to regular priced 2-Day Ticket at the ticket booths located at Main Entrance of the Park by paying the applicable price difference in person, calculated with reference to the Offer Ticket’s purchase price and the regular price of the 2-Day Ticket. No upgrade to regular priced 2-Day Tickets may be made if the Offer Ticket has been used or is invalid for admission on that day.
  2. On the visit day only, an Eligible Guest or a Guest using an Offer Ticket may upgrade his/her Offer Ticket to Magic Access at Magic Access Member Service Center in the Park in person by paying the applicable price difference, calculated with reference to the Offer Ticket’s purchase price and the type of Magic Access selected. If the selected type of Magic Access is priced lower than the Offer Ticket to be upgraded, no refund will be made. Any Magic Access issued upon upgrade will be valid for one year starting from the date of Eligible Guest’s or Guest’s first Park visit with the Park ticket. No upgrade to Magic Access may be made after the day when the 1-Day Offer Ticket is used or after the last day when the 2-Day Offer Ticket is used.
General Terms and Conditions applicable to this offer
  1. This offer, the issuance and use of the Offer Tickets and admission to the Park or other parts of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) there are each subject to (i) the “Offer Highlight” and “Important Details” set out in all relevant pages on the Website, (ii) these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/, (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Rules and Regulations of the Park) which are set out on the Website, (iv) the latest requirements at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/guest-services/health-and-safety/, and (v) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it, (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it, (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  2. Incomplete, damaged or altered Offer Tickets will be void. Lost Offer Tickets will not be re-issued.
  3. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
