Crystal Lotus is a fine dining restaurant. The
menu features a wide range of regional cuisines
from Guangdong, Beijing, Sichuan and Shanghai.
The signature dishes include Sichuan Dan Dan
Noodles, Roasted Goose with Lotus Seeds and
Double-boiled Whole Chinese Pear, a dessert.
The talented chefs of the restaurant have created
a selection of characters dim sum inspired by
not only Mickey but also Duffy, Baymax, Three
Little Pigs and Little Green Men. These delicately
crafted dim sum are not only a feast for the eyes,
but are equally scrumptious to taste! (Advanced
booking required for Disney Signature Dim Sum:
24 hours in advance for lunch on weekends and
public holidays; 48 hours in advance for lunch on weekdays.)
You can also taste two award winning dishes of the
restaurant. Twin Fish Dumplings in Lotus Pond won
the Gold with Distinction Award, Dim Sum Category
in 2009, and Baked Boneless Beef Short Rib in Spicy
Sichuan Sauce topped with Pastry won the Gold
Award, Beef Category in
2012 at the Best of the Best
Culinary Awards organized
by the Hong Kong Tourism
Board.
