Journeying to a hidden Resistance base where you may encounter some of
the greatest heroes of the Star Wars saga, you can come face to face with the
Wookie warrior Chewbacca, meet the resourceful astromech droid, R2-D2 or
loyal astromech droid, BB-8, at the Command Post.
Chewbacca
A legendary Wookiee warrior and
Han Solo’s faithful co-pilot of the
Millennium Falcon, Chewbacca
was part of a core group of the
Resistance who restored freedom
to the galaxy. Chewie is the
mechanical mastermind who has
continually kept the Millennium
Falcom operational – even after Han
Solo’s “unconventional” maneuvers
has pushed it to its limits.
R2-D2

A resourceful astromech droid, R2-
D2 served Padmé Amidala, Anakin
Skywalker and Luke Skywalker
in turn, showing great bravery
in rescuing his masters and their
friends from many perils. A skilled
starship mechanic and fighter pilot’s
assistant, he formed an unlikely but
enduring friendship with the fussy
protocol droid C-3PO.

BB-8
A loyal astromech droid who accompanied
Poe Dameron on many missions for the
Resistance, helping keep his X-wing in
working order. When Poe’s mission to
Jakku ended with his capture by the First
Order, BB-8 fled into the desert. With
the help of Rey and Finn, BB-8 delivered
vital information about the location of the
missing Jedi Master - Luke Skywalker to the
Resistance.
