The Membership Card
Pass types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice. Guests are required to complete the membership activation procedures within 3 months of the purchase transaction for the Magic Access membership (or such other period as HKITP may from time to time specify) to have his/her Personalised Membership Card activated. Each Magic Access personalised membership card and its relevant membership term is valid for one year from the activation or one year after original expiry date of the renewed Personalised Membership Card, unless expressly extended by us in writing, or terminated pursuant to the Magic Access Terms and Conditions. Magic Access Membership Cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered.
Park admission
Children aged below 3 receive free park admission. Park admission is subject to the applicable blockout dates and the park operation days which may change from time to time and will require advance reservation. Park reservations are subject to a limited quota. Members are required to follow the latest park visit arrangements and make reservation with valid membership cards. The Membership Card is not valid for (i) private events, (ii) activities or events which require a separate admission charge, and (iii) blockout dates applicable to the respective membership tiers. Admission to the park is subject to the Park Rules and Regulations which are available in the park's mobile app and at Guest Relations. Admission to Disney-themed hotels located adjacent to the park and use of the facilities there shall be subject to the Hotel Rules and Regulations, which are displayed in the hotel premises. We may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, modify the rules, or change or adjust the entry requirements or mode of operation, including but not limited to operating hours of the Park, the Hotels or any attraction, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity, close or adjust the operation of the Park, the Hotels or any part of them for any period, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, the Hotels or any part of them, impose purchase limit on selected merchandise items, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and to make and alter rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Park or the Hotels, due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or compliance with law, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
Benefits Validity
The benefits listed above are subject to change and available from 6:00 AM (Hong Kong Time) on January 1, 2026 and during the membership term of any Member with a valid Personalised Membership Card activated on or before December 31, 2026, subject to the Member's membership tier and Magic Access Benefits Terms and Conditions, unless other specified. In the event of any inconsistency between the above information and “Magic Access Benefits Terms and Conditions”, the provisions contained in the “Magic Access Benefits Terms and Conditions” shall prevail.
The benefits listed above are subject to change and available from 6:00 AM (Hong Kong Time) on January 1, 2026 and during the current membership term of any Member with a valid Personalised Membership Card activated on or before December 31, 2026, unless other specified. The Membership Card
Pass types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice. Guests are required to complete the membership activation procedures within 3 months of the purchase transaction for the Magic Access membership (or such other period as HKITP may from time to time specify) to have his/her Personalised Membership Card activated. Each Magic Access personalised membership card and its relevant membership term is valid for one year from the activation or one year after original expiry date of the renewed Personalised Membership Card, unless expressly extended by us in writing, or terminated pursuant to the Magic Access Terms and Conditions. Magic Access Membership Cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered.
Park admission
Children aged below 3 receive free park admission. Park admission is subject to the applicable blockout dates and the park operation days which may change from time to time and will require advance reservation. Park reservations are subject to a limited quota. Members are required to follow the latest park visit arrangements and make reservation with valid membership cards. The Membership Card is not valid for (i) private events, (ii) activities or events which require a separate admission charge, and (iii) blockout dates applicable to the respective membership tiers. Admission to the park is subject to the Park Rules and Regulations which are available in the park's mobile app and at Guest Relations. Admission to Disney-themed hotels located adjacent to the park and use of the facilities there shall be subject to the Hotel Rules and Regulations, which are displayed in the hotel premises. We may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, modify the rules, or change or adjust the entry requirements or mode of operation, including but not limited to operating hours of the Park, the Hotels or any attraction, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity, close or adjust the operation of the Park, the Hotels or any part of them for any period, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, the Hotels or any part of them, impose purchase limit on selected merchandise items, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and to make and alter rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Park or the Hotels, due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or compliance with law, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
Benefits Validity

Member must present in person his/ her valid Personalised Membership Card in either physical form or digital format (unless otherwise required by HKITP) in such manner specified in the Magic Access Terms and Conditions and such personal identification as required by HKITP at the time of benefit redemption. Benefits (including discounts) are for the Member's personal use only and must not be sold, bartered, or exchanged, or otherwise used to obtain or purchase items, services, discounts or other benefits with the intent to resell such items, services, discounts or other benefits. Benefits are subject to (i) validity periods and blockout dates, (ii) availability; (iii) operating hours and capacity of the relevant attraction, facility or location; (iv) controls which may limit the number, type, value and other features of the benefits allocated for Magic Access, or which may restrict the number or eligibility of Members to whom the benefit is offered (such controls, the "Benefit Limits"); and (v) other applicable terms and conditions as we may announce from time to time.

Eligible Members may enjoy parking benefit at the Auto Plaza between 8:30 AM to 2 hours after park closes and is not applicable to parking at other locations, including car parks at the hotels in Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (each a "Hotel"). Parking benefit is available to General, Student and Senior Card Members only, and is not available for Child Card Members of any tier. Silver Card Member may enjoy complimentary admission to the Park on the exact date of his/her birthday by using his/her Birthday Privilege within his/her birthday month in the relevant membership term, notwithstanding if such day falls on one of the block out dates of their Membership Cards. The Birthday Privilege will expire after such birthday month. Complimentary admission ticket may be redeemed at Guest Relations at the Main Entrance of the Park (Only valid on date of redemption).

In the event of any inconsistency between the above information and “Magic Access Benefits Terms and Conditions”, the provisions contained in the “Magic Access Benefits Terms and Conditions” shall prevail.
The benefits listed above are subject to change and available from 6:00 AM (Hong Kong Time) on January 1, 2026 and during the current membership term of any Member with a valid Personalised Membership Card activated on or before December 31, 2026, unless other specified. Where certain benefits are stated as available to membership activated or renewed on or before a specified date only, it will not be available to Members whose Personalised Membership Card is activated or renewed after such date, even if the relevant Magic Access Certificate was purchased or the relevant purchase or renewal transaction was made before such date.

The Membership Card
Pass types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice. Guests are required to complete the membership activation procedures within 3 months of the purchase transaction for the Magic Access membership (or such other period as HKITP may from time to time specify) to have his/her Personalised Membership Card activated. Each Magic Access personalised membership card and its relevant membership term is valid for one year from the activation or one year after original expiry date of the renewed Personalised Membership Card, unless expressly extended by us in writing, or terminated pursuant to the Magic Access Terms and Conditions. Magic Access Membership Cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered.
Park admission
Children aged below 3 receive free park admission. Park admission is subject to the applicable blockout dates and the park operation days which may change from time to time and will require advance reservation. Park reservations are subject to a limited quota. Members are required to follow the latest park visit arrangements and make reservation with valid membership cards. The Membership Card is not valid for (i) private events, (ii) activities or events which require a separate admission charge, and (iii) blockout dates applicable to the respective membership tiers. Admission to the park is subject to the Park Rules and Regulations which are available in the park's mobile app and at Guest Relations. Admission to Disney-themed hotels located adjacent to the park and use of the facilities there shall be subject to the Hotel Rules and Regulations, which are displayed in the hotel premises. We may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, modify the rules, or change or adjust the entry requirements or mode of operation, including but not limited to operating hours of the Park, the Hotels or any attraction, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity, close or adjust the operation of the Park, the Hotels or any part of them for any period, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, the Hotels or any part of them, impose purchase limit on selected merchandise items, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and to make and alter rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Park or the Hotels, due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or compliance with law, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
Benefits Validity

Terms and Conditions
Member must present in person his/ her valid Personalised Membership Card in either physical form or digital format (unless otherwise required by HKITP) in such manner specified in the Magic Access Terms and Conditions and such personal identification as required by HKITP at the time of benefit redemption. Benefits (including discounts) are for the Member's personal use only and must not be sold, bartered, or exchanged, or otherwise used to obtain or purchase items, services, discounts or other benefits with the intent to resell such items, services, discounts or other benefits. Benefits are subject to (i) validity periods and blockout dates, (ii) availability; (iii) operating hours and capacity of the relevant attraction, facility or location; (iv) controls which may limit the number, type, value and other features of the benefits allocated for Magic Access, or which may restrict the number or eligibility of Members to whom the benefit is offered (such controls, the "Benefit Limits"); and (v) other applicable terms and conditions as we may announce from time to time.

In these statements, references to "we" or "us" mean either or both of Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited or Hong Kong Disneyland Management Limited.
# Silver Card Members may redeem one set of Birthday Privilege vouchers. The Birthday Privilege vouchers set out above and electronic voucher issued by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") in respects of such privilege (an "e-Voucher") may be used within Member's birthday month during the membership term. Birthday Privilege issued to Members in form of e-Vouchers will be associated with the Personalised Card held by the Member at the time of issue and cannot be transferred to any other Magic Access Membership Card (even if it is held by the same Member).
HKITP is not the supplier of the products and/or services provided by other merchants (collectively “Other Merchants’ Offers”) and not by or on behalf of, or as agent of, HKITP or any of its affiliates. HKITP gives no representation or warranty as to the Other Merchants’ Offers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HKITP shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, charge, taxes, damage, claim, demand, proceeding, action, obligation or liability (including without limitation, any injury, damage, loss or expense of any nature) suffered by the Member or any other person resulting from or in connection with any Other Merchants’ Offers. HKITP is not responsible for resolving any dispute arising from any Other Merchants’ Offers. The provision and use of the Other Merchants’ Offers may be subject to terms and conditions as determined by their suppliers.
