1. Only the following persons may be a Participant of the Event:
   1. a Magic Access Member aged 18 or above holding a valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card during the period from (and including) the date of registration to (and including) the day on which the Event Session is held may either (i) submit a registration as a Registrant; or (ii) be registered a Guest;
   2. a Magic Access Member aged below 18 holding a valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card during the period from (and including) the date of registration to (and including) the day on which the Event Session is held may either (i) have his/her parent or legal guardian submit a registration on behalf of himself/herself and his/her Guest(s); or (ii) be registered a Guest;
   3. children aged below 3 may only be registered as a Guest.
2. Each Registrant may register for up to four children aged below 3.
3. HKITP reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants. If HKITP has reasonable grounds to believe that a Participant does not meet the eligibility requirements in, or has breached any of these terms and conditions, HKITP may disqualify, suspend or cancel the registration of, or refuse participation in the Event by, the Participant, the Registrant and/or other Guests in the same registration.
   Event and Activity Sessions
4. Subject to these terms and conditions, each Magic Access Member may register once for himself/herself and up to three Guests to one of the Event sessions ("Event Sessions") and the activity(ies) in the selected Event Session ("Activity Session"), as HKITP may make available for registration in each case. Registration for the Event and the activities therein are further subject to the applicable Benefit Limits (as defined in the "Magic Access Terms and Conditions" available on www.hongkongdisneyland.com), including the eligibility and quota available for the registration.
5. Each Participant aged below 16 must be accompanied by another Participant aged 16 or above who has successfully registered for the same Event Session.
6. The spaces at each Event Session and Activity Session are limited and subject to quota and availability.
   Eligible Registrations
7. Registrants may register for the Event and the Activity Sessions by visiting www.hongkongdisneyland.com/magic-access-members/ ("Site") and submit the requested information in accordance with the instructions therein.
8. By registering for a Guest, the Registrant represents and warrants that he/she has obtained the consent and agreement of such Guest (a) for the Registrant to submit registration for the Event on the Guest's behalf; (b) for the collection and use of his/her personal information; and (c) to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the Guest is aged below 18, the Registrant further represent and warrant that he/she is either the parent or legal guardian of such Guest, or he/she has obtained the consent from the parent or legal guardian of such Guest for the matters set out in paragraphs 7(a) to 7(c) above. Registrants must not register for any Guest or submit information of such Guest without the Guest's consent. Registrant shall obtain, and HKITP is not responsible for obtaining the Guest's consent.
9. Each Registrant may register for the Event only once, for himself/herself and together with a maximum of three Guests who each hold a valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card during the period from (and including) the date of registration to (and including) the day on which the Event will be held or four children aged below 3. A Registrant may register for himself/herself without any Guest.
10. If the Registrant does not attend the Event and the Activity Sessions (as a result of reasons described in paragraphs 14, 15 or 16 below, or for any other reason) HKITP may disqualify the Guest in the same registration submitted by such Registrant from the Event. Registrants can attend the Event and the Activity Sessions without the Guest.
11. Registration is subject to limited quota and availability.
12. For each Participant aged below 18, a true and accurate e-mail address of such person's parent or guardian (as the case may be) must be submitted. HKITP will send an e-mail to such e-mail address confirming the parent's or guardian's permission for the relevant registration in the Event. HKITP reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Event if objection from his/her parent or guardian is received.
13. Registration for the Event (including the Activity Session) and any change of information submitted in the registration) must be completed on or before 23:59 on October 6, 2023 (Hong Kong time). HKITP reserves the right to disqualify any late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, lost, illegible or invalid registrations.
14. Notice will be sent to each Registrant to the email address provided during registration on the Site. If any Registrant or his/her Guest (a) fails to receive the notice as a result of his/her failure to provide his/her correct contact information, (b) does not attend the Event, or (c) fails to comply with these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions in the notice, the Event may be forfeited by HKITP.
15. Neither HKITP nor any of its affiliates shall be responsible for any failure to notify any Participants, whether such failure is caused by HKITP's or any of its affiliates' negligence or otherwise.
16. One Event Gift Pack ("Gift Pack") will be given for each successful registration. Each Gift Pack will consist of one gift for each Participant in the registration (by way of illustration, if there are one Registrant and one Guest in the same successful registration, the Gift Pack will consist of two gifts).
17. Each successful Registrant may redeem the Gift Pack by either (a) providing his/her mailing address in Hong Kong during his/her registration on the Site, or (b) collect the Gift Pack during the period from October 23 to November 24, 2023 in person at the redemption location designated by HKITP. No Gift Pack will be sent to any address outside of Hong Kong. HKITP is not responsible for the accuracy of the mailing address or the successful or timely delivery of the Gift Pack. Any Gift Pack not redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions will be forfeited without compensation or exchange.
18. Except as otherwise specifically amended by these terms and conditions, participation in the Event shall be governed by the Terms of Use applicable to the Site.
19. A Registrant who has registered for a particular Event Session (with or without Activity Session) subsequently wishes to change for a different date must cancel the original registration first and re-register for the new Event and Activity Sessions. Once the registration is cancelled, it cannot be retrieved or resumed.
    Event and Activity Admission
20. Participants are required to present a designated wristband issued by HKITP (each an "Event Wristband") for admission to the Event and Activity Sessions, which must be redeemed by the Participant in person by presenting his/her valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card storing a valid record of the Participant's registration for the Event and Activity Sessions and such photo identification as HKITP may require at designated ticket booths located at the main entrance of the Park, the entrances of the Event and at the assembly points of the Activities. Event Wristbands may only be redeemed on the day of the Event Session. HKITP may refuse admission to the Event and Activity Sessions if the Participant fails to present his/her eligible Magic Access Personalised Membership Card and Event Wristband in person or if there is no valid record of the Participant's registration in the Magic Access Personalised Membership Card presented.
21. The Registrant must accompany his/her Guest(s) at the time of admission to the Park, admission to the Event and Activity Sessions and at all times throughout the Event and Activity Sessions.
22. The Event Session registration, Activity Session registration and Event Wristband only admit the Participant named in the registration and is not for sale, and is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable either in whole or in part, for cash, or any other items.
23. Any souvenirs given in this Event are not for resale and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other souvenirs.
    Admission to the Park; Other Aspects of the Event
24. Admission to the Park requires advance reservation. By registering for this Event, each of the Participants represents and warrants that he/she has read and agrees to the Park Visit Reservation Terms and Conditions available at Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference.
25. Admission to the Park and use of the facilities there are each subject to (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) the "General Terms and Conditions" available at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/; (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations) set out on www.hongkongdisneyland.com; and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Park, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Park or any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Park or any part of it, (d) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Park or any part of it, (e) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and/or (f) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
26. Each Participant agrees to follow and comply with the Park Rules and Regulations, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, directions and orders of any governmental or regulatory authority throughout the Event, including, without limitation, the arrangements made by HKITP (collectively, "Laws and Regulations"). HKITP reserves the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Park, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of the Laws and Regulations.
27. All expenses not specifically provided for in these terms and conditions including but not limited to transportation to the Park, admission tickets, food and beverages, gratuities, insurance, parking, room service, merchandise, service charges and telephone calls, are the Participant's sole responsibility.
28. Participants understand and agree that HKITP may make photographs, videotapes, audio and/or other multimedia recordings (collectively, "Materials") of the Participants during their participation in the Event, and the participants agree that the Materials shall be the sole property of the Company and may be used, reproduced and/or retained for any purpose and in any manner, medium and format without incurring any liability to the Participants or any person (including the requirement to pay any compensation in respect of such use of the Materials). Participants further agree to waive, unconditionally, irrevocably, and without further payment, all moral rights and author's rights of a similar kind in relation to the Materials.
29. HKITP reserves the right to delay, suspend or cancel the Event, its activities and any ancillary entertainment activities and facilities without compensation in case of inclement weather as determined by HKITP in its sole judgment, and without obligation to reschedule the Event.
    Liabilities
30. Each Participant fully indemnifies HKITP, its affiliates, and the directors, officers or employees of each, against all actions, losses, claims, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature arising directly or indirectly from any breach of any representation or warranty or any terms or conditions contained herein.
31. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HKITP shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage (whether caused by the negligence of HKITP or otherwise) or any personal injury or death arising (whether directly or indirectly) from or in connection with the Event including, but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill, any loss or damage arising from any failure to receive or process any registration; any computer, telecommunications or equipment failure or malfunction; any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by any third party; or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the postal, electronic or other system even if HKITP has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
    Other Terms Applicable to the Event
32. By submitting or agreeing to the submission of a registration for the Event, each Registrant represents that he/she has read and understood and agrees to comply with, and procure his/her Guests to comply with, these terms and conditions, and the "Magic Access Terms and Conditions" and the "Magic Access Benefits Terms and Conditions" available on the Site.
33. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("HKSAR").
34. The Event is organized in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR only. Those who choose to participate in the Event do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
35. In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions and all other matters relating to a registration or the Event, the decision of HKITP shall be final. HKITP's interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be final and conclusive.
36. In the event any conflict arises between the English version and any version in any other language into which these terms and conditions have been translated, the English language version shall prevail.
37. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and each Participant respectively. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.

All personal data collected in connection with the Event may be used for all purposes in connection with the Event including, without limitation, the processing of the Participants' enquiries regarding Participants' participation in the Event and any arrangement in connection with the Event; enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings; sending administrative materials to Participants; our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes, the detection, prevention and control of disease, in the furtherance of public health and safety, and for capacity control or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If a Participant does not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide Participant with the products or services requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law, including without limitation authorities and government departments which require such information for administration of public health. A list of classes of persons to whom such personal data may be transferred can be found at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/privacy-legal/. By participating in the Event, each Participant consents to the use and transfer of Participant's personal data set out in this statement. Questions about this statement and requests for access to or correction of personal data held by us shall be made by sending an e-mail to our Personal Data Manager at personaldata@hongkongdisneyland.com.
