Jack Skellington’s The Nightmare Before Dinner at River View Cafe

1. This Jack Skellington’s The Nightmare Before Dinner at River View Cafe (“Package”) is offered by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) during the period from September 19, 2025 to November 2, 2025 (both dates inclusive) during such opening hours designated by HKITP in the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”).
2. The Package is available for purchase on the website (the “Website”) designated by HKITP from August 29, 2025 until October 31, 2025, while stock lasts. Magic Access Members holding a valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card on the day of Package purchase and Dinner Session (as defined below) may also purchase the Package on the Website during the advance purchase period, which is available to Magic Access Platinum Members from August 22, 2025 to August 24, 2025, and to all Magic Access Members from August 25, 2025 to August 28, 2025.
3. The Package includes:
      (a) one (1) Set Dinner (for adult or child) at River View Cafe (“Restaurant”);
      (b) one Character Appearance experience at River View Cafe (“Character Appearance”); and
      (c) by paying an additional price of HK$100, one set of photo experience consisting of one (1) 8R photo print and one (1) corresponding digital download photo of the same photo taken during the Character Appearance (“Photo Experience”).
4. Magic Access Members may receive one (1) designated Souvenir Item (“Souvenir Item”) for every 4 Packages purchased in a single transaction.
5. A minimum of two Packages for two adults must be purchased in any single transaction.
6. To purchase the Packages on the Website, guest must be aged 18 or above and is required to provide: (a) his/her name, credit card information, email address and other form of personal data as HKITP may require; (b) the consumption date and session of the Set Dinners (“Dinner Session”); and (c) the party size of the Set Dinners.
7. The Dinner Session cannot be changed once they are confirmed.
8. A confirmation email will be sent to the guest at the email address provided during his/her online purchase. A redemption ticket (“Redemption Ticket”) will be issued and attached to the confirmation email for each Package purchased.
9. Each Redemption Ticket may be used to redeem one Set Dinner at the River View Cafe (“Restaurant”) in the Park during the Dinner Session. Guest is required to present the Redemption Ticket in printed copy or in electronic copy on his/her personal mobile device upon arrival at the entrance of the Restaurant. Each guest in the party must redeem one Package at the Restaurant.
10. Packages purchased in the same transaction must be redeemed and used together during the same Dinner Session.
11. The Redemption Ticket is only valid for use during the Dinner Session as shown on the Redemption Ticket. Redemption Tickets not used during the Dinner Session will be void without exchange, refund or compensation.
12. The Package does not include admission to the Park. To use the Package in the Park, all guests are required to make reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservations are subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
13. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any Redemption Tickets, and withhold or revoke any benefit in the Redemption Tickets, in each case, without refund, exchange or compensation if in its sole judgment (i) the Redemption Tickets are used for commercial or other unauthorized purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
14. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) change the prices, validity or venue of any product, event, offer, discount or promotion; (iii) designate or change any block-out date; and (iv) terminate or suspend the availability of any product, event, offer, discount or promotion in whole or in part, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
15. The Package, the issue and use of Redemption Tickets, provisions of products and services and admission to the Park and use of the facilities there are each subject to (i) the Important Details set out in all relevant pages on the Website, (ii) these terms and conditions, (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations which are set out on the Website), and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any location, attraction, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it, (d) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it, (e) suspend or cancel any attraction, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and/or (f) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.

16. Guest is required to arrive at the Restaurant 10 minutes before the Dinner Session and present his/her Redemption Ticket in printed copy or in electronic copy on his/her personal mobile device at the entrance of the Restaurant for scanning the QR code on the Redemption Ticket.
17. HKITP reserves the right to assign or change table and seating arrangements.
18. Redemption of food and beverage items is subject to availability of such food and beverage items at the Restaurant.
19. Each additional purchase at the Restaurant will be charged at the published rate with 10% service charge.
20. HKITP reserves the rights to determine, change or adjust the following aspects of the Restaurant, in its sole and absolute discretion: (a) the prices of food and beverage items; (b) the menu; (c) the mode of operation, including but not limited to, the opening hours; (d) the capacity; (e) the number and eligibility of persons to be admitted; and (f) Character Appearance. Guest can also refer to www.hongkongdisneyland.com/dining for the latest operating hours of the Restaurant.
21. Character Appearance offering and its venue is subject to change in case of inclement weather condition, please contact our Cast Member at the Restaurant for details.

22. To redeem the photo print and the digital download of the photo taken during the Character Appearance by Disney Photographers in the Photo Experience, guest is required to visit Town Square Photo during its operating hours on the Package date and present his/her Redemption Ticket in printed copy or in electronic copy on his/her electronic device at Town Square Photo for scanning the QR code on the Redemption Ticket.
23. Each QR code on the Redemption Ticket may only be used once. QR codes unused after the Package date will be void. Duplicate, used or incomplete QR codes will not be accepted. QR codes are void if altered or tampered with. HKITP shall not be responsible for, and will not be issue replacement in respect of any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any QR code. HKITP’s record in related to issue and usage of QR codes shall be final and conclusive.
24. The digital photo will be available for download on the Hong Kong Disneyland PhotoPass site at www.disneyphotopass.com.hk or Hong Kong Disney PhotoPass App for thirty (30) days from the photo-taking date, after which the photo will no longer be available.
25. The Photo Experience is further subject to supplemental terms and conditions available at the Hong Kong Disneyland PhotoPass site at www.disneyphotopass.com.hk.
26. The Photo Experience and services of Disney Photographers are subject to the Park’s operations and availability as HKITP may from time to time determine. In the event photo taking outside the Restaurant is not available for any reason (including without limitation, inclement weather or attraction closure), HKITP may substitute the Photo Experience with another photo of guest taken at other locations in the Park, without compensation or refund.

27. To redeem the Souvenir Item, guest is required to present his/her valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card and Redemption Ticket in printed copy or in electronic copy on his/her personal mobile device at the entrance of the Restaurant for scanning the QR code on the Redemption Ticket. The Souvenir Item may only be redeemed during the Dinner Session and will be void after the Dinner Session. Souvenir Item not redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions will be forfeited.
28. HKITP reserves the right to assign or change the Souvenir Item in its sole discretion.
29. Souvenir Item are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability at the respective redemption location.
30. HKITP is not responsible for the exchange or replacement of any Souvenir Item or providing any compensation if the guest is unable to redeem the Souvenir Item for any reason.
31. The redeemed Souvenir Item cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, in whole or in part, or used as a cash equivalent, or exchanged for other products or discounts.

32. The Package and any part thereof are not for re-sale, are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other item, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
33. Photos and other visuals shown on the Website are for reference only.
34. Each Redemption Ticket may only be used to redeem one Set Dinner. Duplicate, used or incomplete Redemption Ticket will not be accepted. Redemption Tickets are void if altered or tampered with. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Redemption Ticket. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Redemption Ticket shall be final and conclusive.
35. The Package is made in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”). The Package and its components (including the Redemption Tickets) may only be used in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that use of the Package and/or any of its component is appropriate or available in other location and the Package and/or any of its component is void in any jurisdiction where use of such Package and/or its component is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase the Package and/or use any of its component do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
36. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
37. In the event of any conflict of inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
38. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and each guest using the Package. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
