The welcome center for Hong
Kong Disneyland, Guest Relations
is located inside City Hall in Town
Square at Main Street, U.S.A. Here
you can have your questions
answered, arrange priority seating
for selected restaurants, leave
messages and obtain Guidemaps
and Times Guides.
TIMES GUIDES
You can pick up a copy of the Times Guide at Guest Relations in City Hall for more
information about that day’s shows, including any revisions to the schedule.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE
Both HK Dollars and Renminbi payment are accepted on purchases at most Hong
Kong Disneyland shops and restaurants.
Foreign currencies and travelers checks can be exchanged for HK dollars at Guest
Relations in City Hall and the Guest Relations Building (located outside the Park
next to the Main Entrance).
CREDIT CARDS / DEBIT CARDS
Cash (HK, RMB), Visa, American Express, MasterCard, JCB and CUP card are
accepted for all purchases.
WECHAT PAY
Guests can also use ‘‘ WeChat Pay’’ to pay in Hong Kong Disneyland shops and
restaurants.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and Found is located at Guest Relations inside City Hall in Town Square at
Main Street, U.S.A.
