BANKING
Cash dispensing machines (ATMs) are located inside City Hall in Town Square at
Main Street, U.S.A.
(Note: ATMs are operated by Standard Chartered Bank - transaction fees may
apply to non-Standard Chartered Banking cards used.)

FASTPASS
Disney’s FASTPASS will save your place in line while you continue to enjoy the
park. Scan your Park tickets at the FASTPASS Distribution Machine at participating
attractions to receive a time. Then you can leave and simply return when it’s your turn.

Disney’s FASTPASS attractions includes: Hyperspace Mountain and The Many
Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
* FASTPASS is subject to availability.

DRINKING FOUNTAINS
You can find accessible drinking fountains throughout Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.
You may also request cups from the nea rest restaurant or refreshment stand.

SMOKING
Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Please look for the smoking symbol
for specific smoking locations or ask a Cast Member.

RELIGIOUS NEEDS
Contact Guest Relations at City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. if your tour members
need a place to worship or use any special items due to religious needs. Also, a
quiet room is located next to Explorer’s Club Restaurant in Mystic Point. Guests
may take the liberty to use the room for prayer or meditation.
Guests from the Sikh community who carry a Kirpan (ceremonial sword) are
recommended to wear necklace type Kirpan (2 inches or less) when visiting Hong
Kong Disneyland.

! HOT TIPS

• Do not bring along food, alcoholic beverages and beverages in cans or glass bottles.
• Do not use loud speakers, display any flags, banners or other emblems in the Park.
• Carts or other wheeled carriers (with the exception of strollers, wheelchairs and baggage
with size smaller than 56cm x 36cm x 23cm) may not be brought into the Park.
• Do not use selfie stick in the Park.

Other services include Audio Guides, Inductive Loop Assistive Hearing
Enhancement and Automated External Defibrillators (AED).
Look for the guest services logos on the Guide Map for the locations.
