On a lush knoll along a jungle
riverbank stands an improbable
Victorian manor house and private
museum. This is Mystic Manor – home of Lord Henry Mystic, eccentric adventurer,
explorer, collector of art and oddities. During an expedition to the tropics, on the
banks of an uncharted jungle river, Lord Henry rescued a young monkey from the
web of a giant spider. He named the monkey Albert, after a beloved uncle. Mystic
was so taken with Albert, and with the location, he decided to build his home there
– christening the area Mystic Point.
