Dragon Wind Spicy Anchovy Sauce

From February 1. 2018, Disney Explorers Lodge’s Chinese Restaurant - Dragon Wind will have a new launched product “Dragon Wind Spicy Anchovy Sauce”, which is proudly presented by Chef Hui Kwok Tung, who have been bringing his passion in Chinese culinary field for 30 Years. In Chef Tung’s receipe, the “Dragon Wind Spicy Anchovy Sauce” is crafted with top quality of Yunnan Ham, Anchovy and Red Chili, and does not involve any additional artificial coloring and preservatives.

Type C Mode of Operation Restaurant (without “Designated Zone B” delineated)

Dragon Wind is registered as a Type C Mode of Operation Restaurant (maximum 6 persons per table). Guest who dines in Dragon Wind must scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” (“LHS”) venue QR code using the “LHS” mobile application on his/her mobile phone before entering, except guests aged under 16 with an accompanying adult. Guest aged under 16 without the company of an adult, and guest aged 65 or above may opt to complete the record form.
