Trained guide dogs are welcome in all restaurants within Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”). Guide dogs-in-training and service dogs are welcome in the designated areas of the following restaurants within the Resort:

• Park – Royal Banquet Hall
• Disney’s Hollywood Hotel – Ink & Plate and The Archivist
• Disney Explorers Lodge – World of Color Restaurant, Chart Room Cafe and Dragon Wind

On-stage cooking stations prepare the freshest seasonally inspired ingredients from Hong Kong and China, balanced with flavorful herbs and spices!

The dishes are prepared with ancient knowledge and new technique and great care by a team of professional and dedicated chefs.

Dragon Wind Spicy Anchovy Sauce crafted by top quality of Yunnan ham, anchovy and red chili, which does not add additional artificial coloring and preservatives.
