From February 1. 2018, Disney Explorers Lodge’s Chinese Restaurant - Dragon Wind will have a new launched product “Dragon Wind Spicy Anchovy Sauce”, which is proudly presented by Chef Hui Kwok Tung, who have been bringing his passion in Chinese culinary field for 30 Years. In Chef Tung’s receipe, the “Dragon Wind Spicy Anchovy Sauce” is crafted with top quality of Yunnan Ham, Anchovy and Red Chili, and does not involve any additional artificial coloring and preservatives.
