리조트에 머물고 있는 경우 사진의 일부 또는 전체를 복구할 수도 있습니다. 사진 판매소를 방문하면 디즈니 직원이 해당 사진을 찾아 교체 카드로 발급해 드립니다.

사진을 구입했으며 리조트를 떠난 뒤에 카드를 찾을 수 없게 된 경우 디즈니 포토패스 웹 사이트에 로그인하세요. “Lost Disney PhotoPass(디즈니 포토패스 분실)”을 선택한 뒤에 양식을 제출하면 담당 직원이 해당 사진을 찾기 위해 최선을 다할 것입니다.
