         HOW THINGS MOVE (K.2 TO K.3)

         Discover the principles of “how things move”. This interactive program casts students in the hands-on role
         of young theme park scientists, as they learn how energy helps power Hong Kong Disneyland’s attractions!
         Students are given the opportunity to explore multiple forms of energy, identify different kinds of motion
         and ride on Hong Kong Disneyland’s most popular attractions to experience energy at work.

         Learning Objectives
            Learn about different energies in daily life
            Learn about the concept of air pressure by observing attraction “Dumbo the Flying Elephant”*
            Learn about different types of movements and energy forms like: motor/ wind through ride experience of
           “The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh”*
            Learn about Magnetism and inspire students’ creativity through activities & crafts
            Understand the energy form — water current through activity and ride experience of “it’s a small world”
           Assembly Location     Hong Kong Disneyland Main Entrance
         Student Capacity/ Group  15 – 18 students/ group
         Assembly Time           Morning session: 10 a.m.

         DISNEY’S ANIMATION MAGIC (K.2 TO K.3)


         Our facilitators fascinate your students with amazing insights that enable them to grasp comprehensive
         basic animation skills. Best of all, students animate their own Disney character and witness their creative
         journey through the attractions at Hong Kong Disneyland.

         Learning Objectives
            Define animation
            Discover the milestones of Disney’s Animations
            Identify colors and shapes through the ride experience of “it’s a small world”*
            Create artworks with colors and shapes
            Create a simple animation with a kineograph (flip book)
            Learn about different music and sound effects in animations through experiencing
           “The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh”*
            Complete the preset story frame with students’ imagination and creativity
