2026 年 2 月，香港理工大學 – 專業及持續教育學院的九十名副學士及學士生參
加了香港迪士尼的「迪士尼領袖分享會」。很感謝高級迪士尼青少年教育項目總監
Christine Ng 女士為我們邀請了傳訊及公共事務部總監 Lana Wong 女士提供關於未
來職涯必備溝通技巧的演講。在這次講座上，Lana 用生動活潑的方法講解溝通及危機
管 理的 基 本概 念， 以及 批 判 性思 維 在高 壓 情境 中 的作 用 ， 更 運用 香 港 迪士 尼 樂園 應 對
COVID-19 的案例來說明溝通技巧對解決問題的重要性。
Lana 亦運用有效的提問技巧，激發學生的學習興趣。同學們對這次活動給予高度的評價。他們表示這次
迪士尼領袖的分享，讓他們獲益良多，從中學到許多實用的商業知識。我在此再次感謝香港迪士尼為我們
安排這次豐富多彩的探訪活動。相信這次活動不但提升了同學的溝通技巧及商業管理知識，亦對他們日後
升學及就業帶來不少幫助。

As the former Director of the Vocational Training for People with Disabilities Office, I am
thrilled to share the outstanding experience our team had during our Staff Development
Day at Hong Kong Disneyland.
Our primary goal was to step outside the traditional office environment and observe
world-class accessibility in action. Hong Kong Disneyland provided the perfect setting
for this with “Disney Teacher Development Day” program. The experience enabled our
staff members to gain invaluable, firsthand insights into how large-scale public places can
effectively support the daily lives and diverse needs of people with disabilities. Seeing inclusive
design and thoughtful guest services implemented at such a high level truly inspired our team and
reinforced the core mission of our work.
In addition to our park exploration, the professional management seminar we attended was exceptionally
well-organized and impactful. The insights shared during the session gave our staff fresh perspectives on
inclusive leadership, operational excellence, and team management.
We are incredibly grateful to the Disney team for hosting an engaging, educational, and magical Staff
Development Day. It was a memorable experience that significantly contributed to our team's professional
and personal growth.
